If you like over priced burgers then this is your place. The burger overall had a decent flavor but the party was so small compared to the massive bun it was on. You were filled up on bread and not actual burger. Our service was pretty horrible too. Our server was double sat with two large parties and we had to keep asking other servers to get us correct food, drinks and condiments. Oh and there was a long black hair in our food too. That was a pleasant surprise.

Great service, great food. There were 12 of us and we’ve had an issue being seated all together, not here they got us in quickly, our waiter was attentive & our food was outstanding. My husband said he may have found his new favorite burger.

Visited Mrtyle Beach for my husband baseball tournament. We(group of guys and 3 of us wives) came here for drinks, but I did order their buffalo wings, and they were the best! The wings were juicy and they were not tossed in Buffalo sauce but you can taste it. Drinks were good! The bartenders were awesome Dave and Marina! Overall great experienced!

This was a incredible restaurant. Prices were very reasonable and the food was incredible. Our server Raegen suggested the chocolate nachos for dessert they were incredible as well.

While this is not the original Cheeseburger in Paradise location, I had to come to this place when I came down to Myrtle Beach. It wasn’t too busy when I came(after 2PM on a Sunday), but I was glad it was open since a lot of places here close on Sundays. What stood out quickly was the quality of service I was getting at this place. Our waiter was attentive but not annoying. I’m sure the slowness of the restaurant while we were there helped, but it was nice to feel like the waiter wasn’t slacking off, even if it was just for one table. I got the namesake Cheeseburger in Paradise, which(unsurprisingly) wasn’t too special. It was just a burger with melted sharp cheddar, fried onions, and fried pickles on it, which was a load of unhealthiness without much of a benefit with regard to taste. That being said, it was pretty decent, but it was just too much to finish. I asked for medium rare and got something closer to a medium, which was fine for me. I wouldn’t recommend the burger(the other burgers they have look a lot more appetizing), but if you’re coming here for the name, you’ll probably get it anyway. A lot of people here seem to like the fried pickles(«Frickles»), but I felt like they weren’t necessary in the burger. The simple burger + cheese would have been better for me. Other than that, my girlfriend and I split a «small» portion of the wings, which was actually pretty sizable(7 jumbo wings). The buffalo sauce wasn’t too memorable, but the wings were big and juicy. The frying was excellent, as the wings were nice and crisp, and there was plenty of meat on the bone to go with it. To be honest, the wings were what really earned the rating I’m giving them. Another nice part of the meal was the root beer float I got, where they give you a ton of ice cream mixed with root beer to start, but then offer unlimited refills so you can finish the float with whatever ratio of root beer to ice cream you’d like. Nothing special about the float, but having unlimited root beer as a part of a drink was a bit unique in my opinion, and I appreciated it. Don’t come here if you’re on a diet, but if you’re coming here, you might as well splurge and enjoy yourself. The drinks looked pretty cheap too, which is always a plus.

Horrible burger, no flavor, if I was blind and tasted it, I would have no idea what I was eating. Bun was huge. Service was ok but not great. Don’t plan on ever eating here again.

Got the All American burger with fries. The burger had no flavor what so ever. The fried pickles was good though.

Good place for kids if you are worried about them being louder. Food is decent but could be much better for the price. Pretty empty and the order still took a long time. Waitress was cheerful at least.

Came here on a Wednesday night and there was no wait. Service was excellent our waitress was very attentive and entertaining. I ordered their piña colada which was good. Our party got the loaded chips as an appetizer and those were simply amazing. I ordered the shrimp and chips with fries and island rice. The fish and shrimp were alright, however I loved the island rice! Overall I would say I enjoyed having dinner here for the first time.

Had such a pleasant visit and dinner last night. My waitress was a little overwhelmed with tables due to 2 very large parties but never let my service suffer because of her busyness. Great job Team Cheeseburger In Paradise! Burgers and fries were awesome!

The last time I was there my wife and I were spending a weekend in Myrtle Beach and we stopped by here for dinner. The restaurant was clean the staff was friendly and a NBA playoff game was on the TV in front of me. I have been here about 4 times and the food is always really good. They have lots of different kinds of great tasting burgers and stuff like fried pickles. I recommend giving this restaurant a try because they really do make great burgers.

Fun. This place is fun. Great for kids and adults. The food was very good. Big selection of burgers. We had the paradise burger, it was delicious. We also had the fried fish and dragon flavored wings. Both were awesome. Surprisingly the French fries were unique. Thin cut with seasoning. Very tasty. I have to give it up to our server and their staff. Super friendly and helpful. We had a party of 9. They took their time with everyone and nailed the entire order. The drink selection is good. They have a bunch of draft beers and specialty drinks. They looked good. Will definitely eat here again.

Like a chain it was no different The food lacked love and the servers didn’t really care so I’d rather have eaten at a local family owned place

I was here 2÷13÷16 for lunch with my wife. Both of us ordered the«Cheeseburger in Paradise» burger done medium. It took a long time to get it, and both came beyond well done and dry. Bun was much bigger then the burger, it reminded me of the old Wendy’s «Where’s the beef» commercials. French fries were nothing special either, you could do just as well with frozen fries from the food store. Before I left I hit the men’s room only to stand in a ½ inch of piss and toilet water by the urinals. I should just hit Food Lion on the way home and made my own burgers.

This place is exactly what it should be — kitschy, touristy ambiance with good enough food. I’ve been here a handful of times and each visit has been A-OK, nothing more, nothing less. Their burgers are generally good, the beef could use a bit more seasoning, but is more than passable. There are a wide variety of styles and toppings for the burgers, so it’s easy to find something to suit varied palates. The beer menu is also good enough, typical Jimmy Buffett fare with a few specialties thrown in there as well to satisfy a craft beer fan. Service is generally good; however during my most recent visit, the server acted like she wanted to be anywhere else but there. I sympathized with her plight given the music that was playing(mix of country, Buffett and oldies), and she had probably listened to it on repeat more times than she cared to remember. If you just want a decent burger and a side of kitsch, this is the spot for you.

We passed this location on the way to the pier… so I bookmarked it and looked into it before we were on our way back out. The outside looked nice and bright and thought it would be cool to try out. The link to the website also noted their were several specials during the week. The place was pretty empty so it was nice to be seated right away. When ordering our drinks I inquired about my sons meal being free(It shows online Kids meals are free on Tuesday… which was the deciding factor of eating there)… then she mentioned that they don’t participate in that deal… and checked with a manager who said that not all locations participated. This was frustrating… but we were already seated so we just stuck it out. The Margaritas were 1.99, so I opted for one and it was a good drink especially for $ 1.99. I ordered the signature burger«The Cheeseburger in Paradise» It was topped with Cheddar cheese which I changed for american,… onion strings and frickles. I opted for no horseradish sauce. I decided on this burger because I wanted to try the frickles… which were basically fried pickles… and I wasn’t disappointed. Well… actually I was because I should have ordered a side of them as well! I ended my meal with a Lady of the Sea… which was layers of Frozen Sangria, Piña colada, and Strawberry Daiquiri. This drink was pretty tasty! A must try! All in all it was a okay place. If there’s not something else that you really want I would stop in… just make sure you get everything your supposed to… because I also had to ask the waitress for the Frisbee that came with my sons kids meal… didn’t seem like we were going to receive it if I didn’t ask.

«Cheeseburger in Paradise? Why does that sound so familiar? Oh! That’s right, that one song by that one guy. He has a hamburger restaurant? Yeah, sure, whynot.» Pretty much the conversation in the car when my wife suggested the restaurant. From the outside, the place wasn’t über impressive, but it did get the theme across, a placed located in a tropical paradise. We’re sat at a table and my wife asks the waitress about the«Kids eat free promotion»(which was a deciding factor in choosing this place). Turns out this location does not participate in that promotion(one of the few locations that doesn’t, pity). Disappointed, we order our food anyway(we were already here). Our food arrives and it was plated nicely. Unfortunately, my medium burger was well done, and the egg I requested to be over hard was not(quite a messy surprise). Aside from that, it was decent. I’ve had better, but I’ve also had worse. I wouldn’t mind going back if I had to, but I wouldn’t choose it as my first choice.
