The food is fantastic and refreshing. My meal met my standards, it was awesome. The place is really fun, and truly a great choice for lunch. My family and I had a great time enjoying ourselves in the burgers! We would certainly come again!

My first visit there and I loved the burgers. Being a vegetarian i had many options since i could sub any burger with a veggie patty. They have a cool make ur own bar. Pretzel and cheese is a must have side.

Hostess cashier was rude, never greeted us or asked to take our order, etc. When food was ready, I approached window and noted our order was incorrect. Instead of using courtesy and good customer service and fixing our order, the woman at the counter snatched up the trays and started throwing food from one basket to another — all while she was huffing and puffing about it like it was a great inconvenience to her. I apologized for the inconvenience to her, and for obviously upsetting her, but our order was incorrect and we had every right to have to corrected without her getting an attitude. She and other staff members started heckling me after I walked away from the counter. The food was the worst we have ever had at any Fuddruckers. We have eaten at this chain in several states over the last 28 years. None was as bad as this one and I left ½ of my chicken sandwich on the plate because it was that bad. All I can say is this was the worst choice of dinner tonight and a complete waste of $ 40! The only tiny glimmer of positive that I have is the GSA James was very polite and helpful. Otherwise, the management of this store ought to clean house and get a whole new crew. This location is likely only surviving on tourists that come and go and won’t come back. We definitely won’t.

Only thing I did not like was the sweet tea, but that could be a personal taste thing.

Food was great enjoyed the atmosphere. Was almost ready to leave because the cashier Latoya was very rude… she was rushing me and my boyfriend to order and it was our first time there. I was almost tempted to speak with a manager but once we sat down the lady cleaning tables was awesome she had a great personality and she totally changed my eating experience. If they train all their employees to act like this lady did they will deliver the best customer experience.

We love this place! Every time we come to Myrtle Beach we make sure we eat here multiple times. As a vegetarian, I always get the veggie burger which by the way if you are a vegetarian you will need to know that they cook the veggie burger on a different grill. The food is so good and the fixins bar has fresh lettuce, tomatoes, onions, peppers and pickles. Definitely a must in Myrtle Beach!

Excellent burgers and dogs. Service is fast and efficient.

Wife and I came here 18 years ago as this was the only place open when we arrived for our honeymoon.

We’re here for our annual post-​Thanksgiving salad. Food is consistently good as well as the service. Enough variety to make everyone happy. The real selling point is the toppings bar where you can add extras to your burger, chicken sandwich or salad. Also have a bakery.

Been 14 years since been to a Fuddruckers, hasn’t changed, same as the one in Omaha Nebraska! Food good and not worth bragging about, service excellent, as we were one of 3 occupied tables! Was like a ghost town, 9 people in there.

Wow, an amazing place, just as I remembered. Very, very friendly atmosphere. Southern hospitality at it’s best! Awesome experience. I look forward to the return visit. The bacon burger was AWESOME. Fuddruckers was an an experience for me and my BFF.

This location is definitely due for a facelift.
Food was fine.
We arrived near closing time. It would be helpful if the hours were posted on the door. You have to walk in and then be told they are closed.

Love that you can build your own burger… But definitely not the BEST burgers by far!

Amazing burgers with a condiment selection the size of most salad bars. The staff here is exceptional, going above and beyond to greet and please.

It’s a decent burger place with a reasonable amount selections. The prices for the selections are pretty cheap. The plus side is you get to choose the amount of veggies and condiments you want on your burger.

The food is just ok. Sure you can get a big patty and put a bunch of free lettuce and onions on it. It is really a glorified fast food joint. What was really not pleasurable was being hounded by the busboy for not leaving him a tip as we walked out the door. I have been to several Fuddruckers and this was the first one that did that. Restaurants in Myrtle Beach can get away with a lot because of tourism and no return customers. It this place inland and they last a month. Oh, and the floor was wet and I almost fell hard. It was after that that the staff noticed.

Just a courtesy update. I was contacted by this stores Mgr. within a couple days of my review going up. He acknowledged the concerns expressed by me and others. This location is apparently under new Mgt. and busy addressing what was described as inherited issues. That said, he did indeed own the issues and invited me back to try again.
