Pleasantly surprised. Fajitas were solid. All the food was fairly priced. Alicia provided GREAT service.

We visited Hard Rock Café for lunch on Thursday. To be honest I wasn’t expecting much from such a touristy place. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised! The building it’s self is in the shape of a Pyramid which was pretty awesome:) once we walked in we were immediately greeted by a hostess who was warm and friendly. She gave us our menus and since the place is so large let us know where the restrooms were. Our server was at our table within a minute to take our drink orders and answer any questions we had about the menu. They had a very large menu and a great kids menu. They also provide a coloring sheet and crayons for the little ones. After taking our order our server encouraged us to check out the memorabilia placed throughout the restaurant. Which was a great idea since my 6 year old gets fidgety after sitting for a while. As soon as we were finished checking things out our server returned with our food. I ordered a pulled chicken sandwich and my son ordered a grilled chicken salad. The food was fantastic, especially the fries that came with my sandwich and my son loved his salad. Our sever regularly came by to check on us and even took time to talk to my son and get a cute little souvenir for him to take with him. Food off of the children’s menu is served on cute little guitar shaped plates which my son loved. Our server informed me that I could pick one up in the gift shop. I assumed it was going to be extremely overpriced and was not looking forward to paying $ 20 for a child’s plate I was shocked by the very inexpensive price of $ 8.99! I found all the merchandise in the gift shop to be extremely reasonably priced and ended up purchasing a few more items. We had a great time in addition to eating awesome food. We will definitely return on our next visit to myrtle beach!

Totally solid choice for some good food and some fun atmosphere. The salmon is so good!!! I’m a little sad they will be demolishing this location and moving to another part of Broadway because the pyramid is so cool, but I’m glad that Hard Rock is thinking forward unlike other area restaurants that have closed in the area. Fajitas rocked, too. The service was typical of a touristy town, but the server was nice(although very ditzy). Great paraphernalia all around the place; I hope they really channel the music side of things at the new location. Wait times aren’t terrible. Parking is good. It will be interesting to see how tight parking is going to be when they move. The drinks and the desserts are great here, although prices are a little high for the quality of the food. Solid recommendation for a restaurant at Broadway.

The Hard Rock Café in Myrtle Beach was excellent. The food was great. The service was great. The building was also really cool but you need to hurry to see it. They are moving up the road later this year. I really like the current pyramid. I hope the new place is just as cool. I have been to a lot of Hard Rock’s. The food is always good. And the atmosphere is always cool.

We came for a late afternoon snack, sat in the bar area. Great service, bartender knows the menu and his drinks. We ordered bruschetta and southwest spring rolls, which are on the menu as part of a sampler platter, but he let us order them separately. They are delicious! Also ordered the Magical Mystery Mojito, great drink! Light and refreshing, not too sweet. My friend says they have the best Bloody Mary’s, order with Absolute Peppar.

Came to Hard Rock Café and was pleased! The customer service was great and so was the food! The burger was decent but the alcoholic drinks are what I enjoyed the most! The artichoke dip was tasty! Just wish I had ordered something sweet to end the meal!

Average food and worse service! We sat at the bar to start, the girl serving us was so unfriendly. After two drinks we sat down for dinner, we wanted to order a pitcher of sangria and a pitcher of beer, our waiter told us they didn’t serve pitchers so we made single orders. 2 min later another waiter delivers pitchers at the table next to us. The food arrived and was unfortunately not good. Therefor I have to give the experience 1 star. There are a lot of great places to eat in Myrtle Beach, hard rock in my experience is not one of them. Maybe I just got unlucky there!

Me and my boyfriend had a great time here. They said our wait would be around 30 minutes, but it was only around 15 so that was a pleasant surprise. Our waitress was very nice and always checked on us. My food was very good and they gave you a nice big sized portion. It can be a little pricey but it is well worth it. The music videos and the memorabilia all over really add to the atmosphere of the place. It is a really cool restaurant for music lovers.

Unreal. Worst Hard Rock ever. Bad, bad service. Got here early, the place filled up. Got here before a huge party of over 50, they ate and left before we did. Waited at least 45 minutes after we requested the check to pay and leave.

I never eat at these sort of restaurants but my parents and I are in town for a vacation, and my mom loves HRC. I’m gluten free and the lengths they took to accommodate me where exceptional. The general manager came out to reassure me there is a separate corner in the kitchen for cooks to cook GF. They even have GF hamburger buns! Once my food came out, 2 additional servers stopped by, before I even touched my food, to make sure everything came out GF. I have never recorded this level of service, and I usually eat at 5* restaurants! Thank you Autumn, Allie, and your GM!

Service: wonderful. Sat atta table near the bar. Appetizer: Chicken nachos. Again, wonderful. Cocktails: average and expensive. Food: Kids couldn’t eat their pizza Wife’s steak fajitas tasted like the meat was cooked in a microwave My BBQ chicken was marginal but the sides(slaw and beans) were inedible Def don’t do dinner here… It’s expensive and there are so many better options in MB! The kids did enjoy the music, though.

Typical hard rock… awesome bands when you can catch them. Appetizers are okay. The spinach dip come with pita points, and they are fine for snacking. I can’t remember anything new awesome about it. We also ordered chicken tenders. The tenders are coated with a batter similar to shake n bake. I would not rider them again. There is a dance are in front of the bands and that is pretty awesome. The cool thing is the band plays all of the way up to closing, then it’s awkward because the wait staff is ready for you to go! Lol Awesome people watching location also.(Outside bar)

It’s definitely a tourist attraction with the restaurant being shaped like a Pyramid. My boyfriend & I make it a goal to go to every Hard Rock because we have just fallen in love with them. This place, just like every other Hard Rock locations is amazingly good and the décor is wonderful.

Wow! Really impressed! They let us in right when they were closing which was super nice of them. Our host was very happy and even slid down the rail for us and did a little dance. Our server was so friendly and made great recommendations. Then the gift shop person approached us and let us know she was closing the shop(since we had bought a glass that you get to keep *given another one in the gift shop*) so she brought us the new glass wrapped up at our table. The appetizers and drinks were delicious!

Egyptian-themed Hard Rock Café. Two-story restaurant with all of the seating on the bottom floor. There’s an elevator to get up and down while the gift shop is on the top floor. I honestly don’t remember there being a handicap-accessible area to get into the restaurant itself — since you have to climb up a ton of stairs — but I could just be forgetting. Really odd experience. It’s clear that they’ve gone all-out to make this a tourist attraction — instead of focusing a lot on the restaurant. Prices for the meal was kinda intense. Bottled beers were $ 6.50 a piece. Drinks were $ 3.80 for soda, I believe. They left Hard Rock Café themed drinking glasses on the table that they wanted us to purchase. Food itself was over $ 13-ish a person. Very expensive while the food itself didn’t taste so great. I was very«meh» on my food(Twisted Mac & Cheese) and think I’ve had a lot better at other noodle places. The other two people in the party loved their food choices, though. Service was okay. Things moved a bit more slowly than I would have liked, but it was still reasonable. A photographer came by and took our photo together as a souvenir. That’s cute! I really liked our photo, and they said they’d sell us a copy for $ 20. One copy. For $ 20. That’s insane. They take virtually no ink to print, they clearly have already hired the photographer to take the photo, and they already had printed it to show us. If it was $ 5 or $ 10(or anything that was reasonable for an 8×10 print), it’d be different, but that’s just ridiculous. That left a bad taste in my mouth. Had a shirt I loved at the giftshop. Was told they only sell it in Extra-Small and Small. Also left a bad taste in my mouth. Probably wouldn’t come back. Prices are a bit too much and I don’t really feel like a valued guest here — just a tourist they’re trying to get as much money out of as possible.

I’ve been to several Hard Rock’s and I have to say they are all pretty much the same food wise. Theme wise and obviously service they differ. As the other Hard Rocks all have music memorabilia around inside, the outside of this one is a pyramid and had more of a Egyptian feel inside, but still really nice. The music is always playing and I liked the wide variety they had. They even played«Let It Go» from Frozen, which my 2.5 year old loved. For a Wednesday evening and a party of 10, we waited maybe 5 minutes, but was sat quickly. Our server was great and very attentive. They were busy and with big parties, he did a great job of keeping up with all his tables. We started with an order of the nachos and added chicken. They are huge and definitely plenty to share. They were also very good. Our table ordered a variety of food from burgers, pasta, shrimp, salmon, ribs, and a salad. Everything I tried(salad, salmon, and ribs) was delicious. The ribs were super tender and cooked perfectly. The salmon was wood-fire cooked and cooked perfectly as well. I found my salad to be delicious. I absolutely loved the lemon balsamic vinaigrette dressing. It was the perfect compliment to the chicken, pecans, cranberries, and oranges. This is definitely a tourist spot, but fun and the food is good. We also loved the kids plate, which is a guitar and ended up buying one for our daughter!

The Hard Rock chain is all the same. The menu the atmosphere the everything. It used to have better food in my opinion. We came here high because it is one of our go to spots in MB. We ordered the nachos for an app and they def are not the same as they used to be, skimpy on the toppings that is for sure! We shared the grilled veggie pizza and it was good, just way to much cheese. I would request them to go light on it if your want to taste anything other than cheese. Our waitress was friendly and nice and very attentive. The bloody Mary’s were good but you have to request the celery and olives, weird. We came at lunch time and sat right down.

We were warned by our family not to cone here as they had a bad experience, but we went anyway because we have always enjoyed this Hard Rock Café. I’m SO glad we did. It wasn’t busy(around 4pm on a thursday) and our service was friendly. The manager and our server were great. Our 3 and 5 year old loved the décor and it kept them busy while waiting for food. Their meals cane out before ours as soon as they were ready, which was much appreciated because they were hungry from a day of shopping and fun. They served them on guitar shaped plates and the kiddos were thrilled. Husband and I ordered The Texan and the Spicy Italian Pizza. Both were delicious. When our meal was finished our server informed us that she was taking off both kids meals and bringing us dessert because according to her manager we had to wait too long for food. The wait was a bit long, but we weren’t complaining, we were enjoying each other’s company. :) We thanked them profusely for noticing and for their awesome service. When our dessert cane out it was HUGE. Certainly big enough for a family of four. It was a brownie sundae made with Ben & Jerrys and hot fudge. The brownie was amazing. Seriously a fabulous experience. Can’t thank the staff enough. We will be returning! We come to Myrtle Beach a few times each year.

Look for the big pyramid, you can’t miss it! I’ve been coming here on-and-off for over 15 years and have never had a bad experience. As you might expect, things can get a little nutty during the busy season, but the food is always good and the service is excellent. I suggest the skirt steak brushed with Mad(VanHalen) Anthony’s hot sauce! Big fan of the hot fudge sundae here, too! This particular location also has a very nice selection of memorabilia. If you happen to hit this place during the summer months, be sure and grab a seat outside. The bar area overlooks Celebrity Square at Broadway At The Beach. This is a busy tourist area loaded with bars so the built in entertainment(people watching) is awesome! In fact, I’ll go for a beer sometimes just to watch the tourists lose their minds! Seriously, someone should sell tickets! As with any busy tourist spot at the beach, it never hurts to phone ahead for a reservation. That said, it’s open year round so you might just get the place to yourself during the winter! Have Fun! –Neil NOTE: See that little link over to the left that says, «follow this reviewer?» Yes, click that if you’d like to see more of my reviews in the future;-)

Great evening at The Hard Rock. Who knew In February on a Monday night that we would be almost the only people in the restaurant/bar. Had a great time. It was NOT loud, we could talk and listen to the music. Cory was a great bartender, friendly and made great recommendations on drinks and food. Then came desert. Wow the chocolate molten lave cake was fantastic. I’m not a fan of chain restaurants but we had a great time tonight.
