Been getting pizza from here a while now. Huge large pizzas with massive slices, good cheese and good BBQ chicken pizzas with good sauce. Fair prices, hard to go wrong

The pizza is fantastic right on time too. All pizzas have 8 slices they just range in the size of the slices. I highly recommend this place.

One of my favorite pizza places here at Myrtle Beach. They are more of a traditional NY pizza style. They also sell by the slice. They have one of the best tasting pizza I have had in Myrtle Beach.

Great food! Friendly staff, clean and bright too! They have many pizza by the slice options too. Like authentic Margherita pizza. The pinwheels are also GREAT!!!

Great white pizza, but I personally would prefer less ricotta! The crust is nice an thin — just how I like it! Their small pizza is a large pizza back home! One small can last a person a couple days. Every time I’m in MB I get their pizza!

Stopped in for the first time here the other day during lunch and had them whip up a 20″ cheese, sausage, mushrooms, onions and pepperoni to go! Wow … talk about a pizza with plenty of substance and the pieces are ginormous! THIS is the place we’ll be frequenting from now on.

Sorry, but this is not NY pizza. In fact, it is not good pizza. All of the veggies apear to have been frozen or canned. Canned mushrooms on a pizza is criminal and that is surely what they are using. The sauce was not flavorful and the pizza crust was not done all the way. The staff seemed nice enough but that cannot compensate for sub par food. The search continues for good pizza in Myrtle Beach.

Pizza was undercooked. Bread was like rubber. Very disappointed after we expected much better with the mostly positive reviews.

It’s off the beaten path when compared to the touristy beach area, but such a refreshing change of pace from all of the chain restaurants in a land of strip malls, pancake houses and souvenir warehouses. Gino’s is the real deal and I didn’t expect to find such good pizza in South Carolina! It’s most a takeout delivery place with counter service and a bare bones atmosphere, but we still opted to eat in the restaurant for maximum pizza freshness(and because we were too hangry to endure the drive to the hotel on empty stomachs). A medium pizza was perfect for three people(with leftovers for a pre-flight breakfast!) with piping hot cheese, beautifully seasoned sauce, and slightly chewy crust. Unilocal steered me right on this one!

It may look like NY style pizza but it tastes bland and over cooked. The sauce has very little flavor and the crust tastes like cardboard. Sorry for being critical but I expected better. And, as usual, lousy customer service… they didn’t even let me know when my order was ready. That’s Southern hospitality ??? Very sad.

After reading the many reviews we were very excited order. I called a little after 9pm and ordered 2 pizzas and wings. I asked the lady on the phone how long it would take and she replied«it’s only one order ahead of you so 35 – 40 mins». After an hour and no pizza, I began to call but no one answered. I looked on their FB page and noticed it was now after their closing time. I called and left a message asking if we were getting our dinner or was it canceled?(I’d already paid with my credit card so I was worried) About 35mins later the pizzas arrived, stiff cheese and hard crust. The wings were dry and cold but very tasty! I give 2 stars because I did get the pizza and the wings were good cold. I will give them another chance but will dine-in.

The food is good. Service and menu could use some work. First… no kids menu. Always a pet peeve. I would understand if it was a 5 star restaurant that doesn’t usually serve kids… but it’s not. They said I could order french fires and chicken fingers as appetizers, but that would have been $ 9, that would be more than my stromboli. The young girls at the counter were pretty rude and acted as if we were bothering them when we ordered. Took 30 minutes to get our food. The gentleman that brought us our food was very nice. Good food, I guess you take the bad with the good.

Wish I could give ½ stars, this would have been a 4.5 star. Good service and the margarita pizza was very good. I would recommend a visit to anyone. 2 slices and a soda for $ 5 at lunch.

We were just moving down here form the north when we stopped in here late for some pizza. We’re big fans of almost all pizza, New York, Chicago, Italian, grilled, it’s all GOOD. But we’re focusing on New York pizza for this review. We just stuck with the classic cheese and got a huge pizza. The pizza itself was great and the slices are giant foldable slices you’d expect in the city. We also got garlic knots with our order and they left much to be desired. They were dry on the inside and to light and airy for my taste, they need to be a thicker dough in my opinion. The shop itself is small and doesn’t include a ton of seating, stick to take out for your pizza needs.

I understand this location has, historically, been the location that gives strange service. While I was there I ordered some Sweet Tea, which tasted a bit bitter. I took the tea to the counter and told them the tea was a bit bitter and the lady say’s «I Just Made It!» Hmmm, I didn’t know what to say. Can I just trade my cup for a fresh cup so I can get some Sprite… The Calzone was good, although pretty small compared to other pizza places. I’m used to eating half and taking half home for lunch the next day. I wouldn’t eat at this location again, but I understand the other location is better.

Pizza was good. Huge slices the size of your head. Garlic knots seemed a little dry. I’d go back for their pizza, definitely.

Love this place. The best pizza is the best in town and the people are friendly also. I have 4 kids that all cheer when I say we’re going to Gino’s.

On the hunt for pizza in Myrtle Beach we were led to Gino’s Real New York Pizza. We read great reviews online and decided to give it a go. There are three locations in the area and we visited the Forestbrook store just a few miles from the airport. We ordered just one pie– the 16″ Bada Bing, a pizza with a choice of five toppings. We asked for onions, black olives, green peppers, tomatoes and spinach. After we ordered we sat at one of the tables in the small dining room and were amazed at the number of people walking in for carry out pizza, calzones and hot subs. The phone didn’t stop ringing and the people didn’t stop coming in. Our pizza was delivered to our table and it was huge. While they do sell pizza by the slice, the whole pies come in three sizes– big(16″), bigger(18″) and biggest(20″). No small pizzas here. The pizza was good– they certainly did not skimp on the toppings. Certainly better than anything we can get in Florida but probably not as good as some of the pizza we have had in New York City. The crust was light and fluffy but a little soggy underneath. We probably added too many toppings and it weighed the pizza down. Our fault not theirs. We were most impressed by the service. When I asked for a to go box for the leftover pizza, I had explained that we were staying in a hotel and had a very tiny fridge that would never hold a big pizza box. A kind gentleman said no problem and individually wrapped our four leftover pieces and stuffed them into a bag that would definitely fit in our little dorm fridge. Nice touch on the service there. With so many pizza places in the area the food can often be the same everywhere. The atmosphere here was nothing special but the service was great. I recommend Gino’s to anyone in the area wanting good pizza and a friendly face.
