Noon on Saturday in June — a truly bad eating decision. The place was absolutely chaotic with wall-to-wall visitors and obviously much too little staff to meet the demand. Ambient sound was 90db(hearing protection required) with max at 110db. Very loud. Our drinks came(10 minutes) in to-go cups with no ice. 30 minutes for order to arrive(eggs, pancakes, sausage, etc) but the sausage links were cold and the hash browns weren’t cooked done. 45 minutes into the meal and my tea hadn’t been refilled a single time. I’m not going to fault the server or cooks, there are managers responsible for this mess.

I went here the other day and had an amazing experience. The food was delicious and inexpensive, the service was outstanding(Elizabeth was a very nice and helpful waitress), and the place was very clean. This may have been my favorite Ihop that I have ever been to.

How can an IHOP not have decaf hot tea? Well they don’t carry it!!! Last visit here!

Today I was fortunate enough to eat breakfast at IHOP on 501. I was waited on by the Wildly Competent KO. He was very kind to my girlfriend and I during the important decision making process. I scoured the menu for quite some before asking questions which were expertly answered by the knowledgeable KO. The breakfast was exceedingly delicious and the presentation was immaculate. I even used a coupon so I got a great value on such a bountiful meal.

So far our waitress forgot about us then brings out cold food. Rhonda seems totally lost. People around us that came in well after us have received their food. This place was actually my choice where my daughter wanted to go to Waffle House. Next time I take my daughters suggestion. After this do not think I will be back and will not recommend.

Had the Chicken Fajita omelette, hash browns and 3 pancakes! Great breakfast and the atmosphere was nice. Been going to Bob Evans for 2 year since it’s less than a mile from my house but after today I’m transferring my loyalty and money to iHop.

I’ve been here more than once and this time was pretty bad. The side salad was salad mix which doesn’t make since to me. You put salad mix with actual lettuce, veggies,& croutons to make it a salad. My broccoli seemed like it was warmed up in the microwave & the corn seemed like it had been sitting for a while. Service wasn’t so great either. Next time, Waffle House it is.

My server was Shelley and she was AWESOME. She was constantly checking up on me and making sure everything was going alright. My food, on the other hand, was the complete opposite. I ordered the New York cheesecake pancake combo with scrambled eggs and bacon. The strawberries on top of my pancakes were still frozen and my eggs were cold. The food quality was incredibly disappointing.

Wow. Terrible terrible terrible. My server was clearly on some kind of something. My food was cold and looked like someone literally threw it on the plate. The French toast tasted like bacon, there were screaming kids everywhere. All for a mere $ 30, the worst breakfast ever.

I visit this restaurant quite frequently but I have to say that today is the worst EVER! We got seated at a dirty table and had to wait to have it wiped clean. There were plenty of booths ad tables but the hostess decided that we’d sit at this one. We had to wait longer than usual to have our server come and ask us what we’d like to drink. She was plenty nice enough. I wasn’t very hungry this morning so I only order a grilled English muffin and 2 eggs over easy. My ‘husband’ ordered a full breakfast from the senior menu. Our waitress didn’t bring the food out, a young man brought it. I asked him to please bring the English muffin back and put it on the grill as it looked like it was just taken out of the package and cut in half. In the meantime, my husband was finished with his full breakfast and my eggs were cold. The waitress came and took the eggs back(my English muffin was still not here yet) telling me that she will make sure I got 2 fresh hot eggs. Like I said, my ‘husband’ was done but I hadn’t even gotten my breakfast yet. Finally the waitress brought my breakfast out telling me that SHE made it. I finished my breakfast alone. My husband gave her his credit card and she took it before we saw a bill which she said she took off my breakfast and I was charged only for my coffee. She came back with a bill and his credit card for him to sign. When he looked at it, the bill was definitely not ours. The bill was for $ 33 + change! Hubby brought it to her attention and she said she’d correct it. Well, hubby had his cell phone and pulled up his bank statement on the spot and they had already deducted the $ 33+ amount, PLUS our initial amount of $ 11.35, The waitress said she hadn’t hit ‘accepted’ yet and that it would not go through, but it did and we showed her. She called the manager over. We explained the problem about the whole experience today and he insisted that the $ 33+ amount will not go through. Well, it’s still showing that it was deducted from hubby’s acct. So without giving his name, he wrote his phone number down on the back of a receipt and said to call him on Monday if it went through and he’d see what he could do about it. NO name? Wouldn’t it have been good customer service if he gave his name? He insisted to just call and ask for the manager since he’s the only manager there. As it stands right now, our $ 11.35 breakfast(Not including tip) was $ 45. So now the waiting game begins. We have to wait until Monday before anything can be done about this. Am I happy? NO, I’m not and plan on writing to the corporate office.
