I’ve been in this store twice in the past week to make soft-line purchases. Both times I’ve had to wait an inordinate amount of time waiting as there was only one cashier open. Second trip also included a mid-priced item which necessitated a further wait.

This is a great store to shop for appliances and tools, anything else you can get at other stores with a larger selection. I went in with my dad looking for a large turkey roaster. We had just went to bed bath and beyond and they did not have one in stock, you had to order it online. Sears had one!!! Not only that but it was on super sale… From 79.99 (bed bath and beyond), to $ 29.99 at Sears! Crazy! My dad got two door the restaurant he manages, and spent less than he would have if he had purchased one form bed bath and beyond. In addition, they were rubbing a promotion and he got 5+ dollars on a gift card to return to the store for a future purchase.
Did not give the fifth star because we had a hard time finding someone to check us out, and then once we did, the man seemed inconvenienced that we wanted to pay and leave. Still happy with our experience as the price totally outweighed the need for acceptable service ;)

This is one of the saddest Sears I have ever been in!
The selection is MUCH smaller than other Sears and everything is kind of messy. The employees seem as if they have no desire to be there or help you. It’s also dimly lit.
It’s worth it to drive a little further to another location.
