I think I can count on one hand how many times I have been to TJ Maxx. The reason being is that there is nothing I can buy there that I can’t get somewhere cheaper. I remember cheap stores. I have no choice but to be cheap. I was impressed however at the selection of odd items. In fact, I was there to BUY an odd item thanks to a fellow Unilocaler. Hawaiian black salt. When I got to the salt section though, there was no rhyme or reason. In fact, I found that through most ofthe store, but the kitchen section especially. Now don’t get me wrong, prices were very reasonable, and if you wanted to do a one stop shopping thing I would all day suggest this over Walmarts. But I just don’t know. I wasn’t overly impressed. Also, the cashier system was kind of cool. Reminds me of the DMV, where everyone has an equal wait.

North Billerica, MA
Older TJMaxx location, but kept up well. Mostly clothes at this location and it is smaller than most others. The prices are good and the staff seems pleasant. The parking at this location can be tricky as it is a shared parking lot so tends to be cramped. Nothing seriously bad to report and nothing new and exciting at this location. Just a good TJMaxx location.

TJ Maxx is a great place to spend a hour or two, shopping for things you really didn’t need or didn’t know you needed :-)
Great prices. Nice selection, and a fair return policy. Mostly clothes, but lots of other types of items you would normally find in Macy’s, like luggage, beach towels, cologne and jewelry.
Tends to be a busy place, so expect to wait in line for several minutes after you’re done shopping.

This store is the best! I went here last week when I was vacationing in Massachusetts with my mother. The deals are incredible and the selection is huge! I bought a pair of PJ’s top and bottom for only 10 dollars and a gold pair of earrings for only 40 dollars. Yah!
