Buffalo Wild Wings

Has been a favorite of mine for over 2 years. Got addicted to the Parmesan Garlic Wings, Buffalo Chicken Flatbread, and Huckleberry Lemonade. Dared to try the Blazin wings a couple to times, but couldn’t handle them. lol

I love this place I’ve been here a countless amount of times since it opened and I always get treated with tremendous service and amazing food… Not to mention I’m a blazing wings challenge champion!

Not bad, but the service was really slow and I felt like I waited forever to receive my food, which wasn’t good because it wasn’t busy at all. The waitress was nice and when I finally received my food it was good. I don’t think I would want to come here on a busy day, but if I’m in the mood for wings or a chicken sandwich, than I might take my chances.

When I came here a while back, had only ever been to one other BWW before. That experience was pretty great, so I nearly begged my boyfriend to agree to come here for our date. What a disappointment.
While perusing the drink menu, the server just stood there and annoying tapped her finger on her arm. We felt incredibly pressured to make a decision. When my boyfriend settled on a beer, she basically snatched his ID out of his hand then sighed heavily and angrily mumbled «out of state.» It took upwards of 30 minutes to get our appetizer, then another 20 to get our wings. His wings were fine, but mine were cold. I sent them back, and they returned chewy. I think they may have been microwaved. The potato chips came in a single mass which was not even slightly crispy, and those in the center were not cooked at all. I did not notice my boyfriend asking for extra sauce, and the server did not warn him that it carries an extra fee (the menu was no longer in front of us to check). So, all in all, we paid almost $ 7.00 for a relatively small amount of blue cheese dressing. My boyfriend also ordered one glass of milk, and we were charged for two. When me mentioned the extra drink charge, the server actually tried to convince us that we had ordered two milks despite the fact that only one glass was on the table.
All in all, we paid an alarmingly large amount of money for lack-​luster wings and uncooked potatoes. We were still hungry in the end.

Wings were good and fast service and a large variety of drinks to order. The mac and cheese was very tasteless though.

Might be ok if you done there, but if you plan on take out you may want to try somewhere else. I gave them 4 opportunities because I didn’t want to jump to a bad opinion due to one bad/​busy night. Every time they have managed to botch the order. Whether it’s onion rings that are not cooked, wings that are not breaded, or completely forgetting to add in items that were ordered. It seems not to matter at all how many cups of ranch I request in the order, they will always give you 1, even when you pay for more. And my biggest frustration is being told a time for pickup and still waiting for 30 minutes at the restaurant when I arrive. I have given them multiple opportunities and will not be giving them another, I strongly suggest you eat there so you can make sure to get the right food, or try one of the other establishments nearby

Worst chicken I have ever tasted. The service was slow and my food didn’t even look like food. Can’t believe this is actually what they served me. Chicken was dry and cold. I wouldn’t not recommend going here at all

Teeeerible service. The staff is more concerned with socializing. Don’t expect to get a beer in a timely manner. The food is your typical bar food so you shouldn’t be terribly disappointed in that way but customer service wise you surely will

Buffalo Wild Wings is disappointing. Upon entering, your expectations are heightened by their extravagant, fun design. The staff however, is dull and unenthusiastic. We ordered nachos with beer expecting a pile of tortilla chips loaded with real cheese, guacamole, salsa, and sour cream. Their nachos are like the garbage you get at a movie theatre. We sat at the bar and listened to the bar tender complain about management and her scheduling issues at the restraint… honestly piss poor… if you’re reading this, skip over Buffalo Wild Wings and go to TGI Fridays…

They’re alright I guess. The first time I went my lemon pepper wings were mad dry and over fried. This time, they were better. The only thing is the take out boxes are whack (see attached). So if you get 3 flavors, like I did, you get 3 of these boxes. There has got to be a better way. Also, stinks that ranch is not included, and the ranch you pay extra for is a bit on the watery side. Other than that, they’re average and I’d return for take out.

Not Impressed. Visited B Dubs for the 4^th time. (2 in FL and 2 times at this location). Our waitress Emily was very good. She kept the drinks full and was available whenever we needed something. The food continues to be basic, seemingly previously frozen fair. Nothing on the menu is fresh. The Nachos has gross liquid cheese sauce. I had the boneless wings, since it was boneless wing night. There is so much breading and so little chicken. My fiancée had a black bean burger and it seemed OK. The fries it came with looked and tasted like they had just come out of a freezer bag.
I understand that this is a national chain. The draw is the Big Sports atmosphere. But they could at least try to give you decent food. In conclusion, I think this will be my last time at a Wild Wings. Too many other local places with much better food quality to spend my money there.

Always a great time. The beer is cold and the wings are hot. Arnold is such a great host we enjoy talking with him when we are there, we actually look for him when we arrive.

Good food, good service, good price.
The food was faster than in other BWW establishments I’ve been in, and it seemed like I got more food for the money as well. Everything was cooked perfectly and my waitress was friendly and quick with refills and service. I’d highly recommend this place if you’re looking to watch a game and grab a beer or some wings.

Wings: Only good if they’re boneless and on thursday.
Flavors: Asian Zing is perfect for my asian friends, however I personally like honey bbq.
Wait Service: Hotter than New Orleans on Mardi Gras (pre-​hurricane katrina)
Should I go here drunk? Yes.
Should I go here while tripping on 125 year old mushrooms? Yes.
What’s to do around this location when I’m done eating: The mall. Macys. Your mom’s place.

Just want to post again because my review has been deleted for some reason. Im not going to type it all up again, but this place was not worth it in 2013 and it still isn’t
I even went back a 2^nd time after my first initial visit because they offered the meal for free after I e-​mailed corporate for their horrendous service and quality food from my first visit. It was just as bad the second time, but I will give two stars instead of one for the invite back.

What a waste of time. We entered the restaurant very hungry and ready to eat some wings.
As we were seated, our waitress said to us, «Just to let you know. We don’t have any boneless wings today. What do you want to drink.»
No boneless wings? Who SUCKS at ordering?! That’s bull. Fire that inventory manager. I digress…
«I have not yet had a chance to look at the drink menu.», I said.
The waitress then crossed her arms and waited while I flipped through the pages of the menu looking for their selection of 3 different cocktails. Yeah, they were stupid limited and not at all appealing. I ended up settling on a peach cosmo and then began to look for food.
There’s a reason why their cosmos are only $ 5… there isn’t any booze in it! Ugh, waste!
The BONE wings that I ordered and received were… meh. Frozen, wal-​mart, out-​of-​the-​bag quality with some spicy sauce.
Another chain, another disappointment…

HORRIBLE & DISAPPOINTING
We went New Year’s Day evening, not busy at all so expected decent service and food. First impression, –every waitresses, ours included, unfriendly and all had sour faces.
Our order was taken & we waited forever for our first and almost last drink. We could see the bartender was not busy so unsure why. While waiting a long time for our food we needed drink refills but no waitress in sight. I observed people around us at other stations also needing refills,…so it wasn’t just our waitress. This is a bar, isn’t it? One table was being served their food and empty dirty app plates were not cleared.
When the food finally arrived we grabbed the food runners for drink refills. The wings were average, the onion rings cold and mushy. We ran out of drinks again (only our 2^nd) …gagging down our food we looked for our waitress for refills. We waited… and waited. Almost done eating, the waitress finally came over to see if we were finished ?!! –we were not and asked for drink refills so we could finish our food. I also asked for ice water, and the waitress rudely said «you want water too?»
We finished our meal and decided on a dessert to split but when our waitress came with our check already tallied, slapped it on the table asking if we wanted anything else we decided we were DONE.

We have been to many different BWW’s and this by far was the worse. We’d rather drive a distance then to ever visit this location again. NO excuse for this kind of service especially being not busy at all.

To the owner: This is a BAR… 1) Enforce your servers to be friendly and on the ball, –their actions reflect if customers consume more food & drink 2) A patrons glass should NEVER be empty
I read previous reviews for here and noticed the decline in service and food with the newer reviews.

Gave this chain a second try. Food is okay, typical pub style. Tried garlic buffalo sauce on wings… not bad… definitely taste the garlic. Fried pickles were bland. Thick batter onion rings were good… onion was tender with crispy outer crust. The chipotle ranch dipping sauce is ok, I’m not found of Ranch dressing, so given that… not bad.
Environment clean… bathroom needed some work.
Service was average. Lunch time meal… not very busy.

I was here the other day with my family!
For an app I got these things called «cheese curds» I dipped them in buffalo sauce and they were so good. I got the boneless wings half buffalo half honey BBQ it was delicious. My mom got salt n vinegar wings and my sister and her husband got wings. Everybody enjoyed their meal and I’ll be back!

Reviews are oddly low, yet this place is always packed. Curious…
The wings are meaty, which is 3 stars in itself, for good wings are really hard to find in this area. So lame.
Of course I had the most brilliant idea to buy an order of 10 wings, half mild half mango habanero. So when I got home and opened my sweet smelling wings, I dug right in to those perfectly fried, boneless amazingness. Only… when the heat kicked in, it wasn’t so amazing anymore. Christ when I had the MH ones on the bone before, I felt like they weren’t this spicy. Of course I tried to buffer the spiciness by dipping them in ranch. It didn’t even make the slightest difference. My mouth was so on fire, I practically cried. My lips burned for 15 minutes after I was finished. And then to dig into the mild after?!? Well, I for sure took a break.
This BWW is in the middle of a mall. Naturally it’s packed. You would never, ever catch me eating in here. Atmosphere seemed fun enough, but I’m not one for crowds.
The fourth star is for the friendly service. I went in and they were confused about my order. I’m pretty laid back so I found no problem with this, but they were super apologetic. Very nice. :) I’ll be returning when in the area. :)
