My daughter loves Phở. She recently moved to Nac to attend SFA and because it’s such a small town thought she would have to give up her Phở until her occasional visits to see her beautiful, amazing, loving, fashionable,(you get the picture! lol) mommy and daddy. Well being the amazing, loving, fashionable(you get the picture! lol) mommy that I am I had to pull out the trusty Google search engine and type«places to eat Phở in Nacogdoches, TX». Lo and behold, T-Sandwiches pops up as not only serving Phở but something called Boba tea(?), which just so happens to be another thing that she loves. Both she and my husband had the beef Phở and I had the Shrimp Phở. They were really good. He had Thai tea with boba and we had the strawberry boba tea. Again, both tasted really good. The location is inside University Mall. That is helpful to know so that you aren’t just driving up and down University Street looking for a building named T-Sandwiches like we did. The place itself isn’t much to write about, I mean it’s in a mall for Pete’s sake, but you won’t be disappointed if you stop in and have a bite to eat.

Only place in the area to get wonderful Phở! It’s top-notch. Sandwiches(Vietnames) are also great. All-around great little place for a bite. Operator(owners — wife & husband?) are friendly and very accomodating.

I am so excited Nacogdoches has Phở. It is just a little restaurant inside the«mall» but the Phở is tasty. We had the chicken phở, the summer rolls, and the fried rice. The phở and the summer rolls with the peanut sauce were my favorite. We will be going back often. Very authentic for such a small town.

Happy to see a Vietnamese restaurant around this area. Saves me a long trip to Houston or Dallas if I get a craving. Love the Thai tea and Asian coffee. I had the phở and my wife had the grilled pork over rice. Both were really good and came out promptly. The owners were really nice and friendly as well.

Only Vietnamese in town and unfortunately it’s in an old flashback from the ‘80s mall. Not a whole lot of selection, didn’t have the bun thit nuong(vermicelli bowl with grilled pork) so I ordered the banh mi sandwich which was good.

I went for the first time after seeing that there was Phở in Nac on Unilocal.I was beyond excited! We ordered a good amount of food considering it was only for two people. The beef noodle bowl is great. I will be going back if I am sick, it was absolutely delicious! My boyfriend ordered the spicy shrimp fried rice and the summer rolls. Both were good, but the best was the peanut sauce that accompanied the summer rolls. It was sweet and salty, I ended up putting some of it in my beef noodle bowl. I am excited to go back and introduce some of my more food sheltered friends to have a new experience.

I was shown this place by a friend a few weeks back. I enjoyed their mixed sandwich and some mango boba tea. Wicked delicious. Definitely going back.

Great beef phở and their grilled pork banh mi sandwich was great, the bread could have been better. I loved the spring rolls! Definitely not something you expect to find in Nac’s pathetic ‘mall’. The man and owner was incredibly sweet and the mans been all over the US from New York to Cali. Great food great owners.

The beef phở here is delicious! And so are the Vietnamese spring rolls! The only bad I have to say is that it took forever for my roomate and I to get our food. I guess they don’t make phở often! Other than that it was great

When I heard there is a phở place in Nac, I was a little skeptical, but I gave it a chance and tried it out. I got the beef noodle phở and it was amazing! I’m originally from the Dallas area and I’m pretty familiar with what good phở tastes like and this place definitely passed! The wait was a little long, but it’s well worth it. The owners are sweet and simple people. They also have bubble tea which I have yet to try! Hopefully their milk and Thai tea are just as good as the phở!!!

This definitely deserves 5 stars for having Phở in Nac. I eat Phở at least once a week in Houston, so I wasn’t expecting much. I was pleasantly surprised when we ate there this weekend before the SFA game. I had the beef Phở… which was very basic, just steak but it had a great flavor and was a large bowlful. The place was clean and the staff was very friendly and efficient. I would be there all the time if I lived there. The only thing that they didn’t have was fresh thai basil… but it really didn’t need it, the flavor was good without it.

Man! This place is killer! My brother and I usually go all the way to the woodlands/Houston area to eat Phở, so it was really refreshing to see there was a place here in Nac. We got beef phở, pork and steamed rice plate, and 4 spring rolls. ABSOLUTELYDELICIOUS. The broth for the phở is to die for. Taste so so so good! It’s inside the mall and it’s very open.

This is a hidden treasure in small town Texas. The food was comparable quality to Vietnam! Happy to get a taste of the world here. I think this restaurant is the only reason to go to the Nac mall. :) I really enjoyed the spicy banh mi sandwich with loads of hot sauce. Note: though vegetarian options aren’t on the menu, they have them. Just ask. Next time I will get the boba drinks.

Wow, having grown up in Nac I am impressed to have found a solid Vietnamese restaurant here. And in University Mall of all places! I had the chicken phở and it was great. It came with all the fixins you’d expect: Sriracha sauce, jalapeños, bean sprouts, cilantro and lime. If you haven’t had Vietnamese food, imagine a chicken noodle soup with longer and thinner noodles, tastier broth, thinly sliced chicken, and tasty things to put in it. My wife had a sandwich and was certainly satisfied as well. We vacationed in Vietnam a couple months ago(specifically Saigon, Hanoi, Nha Trang, and Hoi An), so we can say that this was reasonably authentic Vietnamese food. It was definitely comparable to the better Vietnamese places we’ve eaten in San Francisco. I’ll definitely be back when I’m in town!

Avocado smoothie with tapioca balls. Sandwiches! Phở! Chow Main and rice dishes! Cold or fried egg rolls! Ignore the American dishes. Best place in the mall.

This place is pretty legit. I am first generation Vietnamese American and I was afraid that it would be too Americanized for me. I only had the spring rolls and Banh mi(combination Vietnamese sandwich). Next I will try the Phở and hope that it is just as good.

If I could, I would eat at T’s Sandwiches every day. One day as I visited the hall or the small as we call the Nac Mall I passed this little place without a second glance. The second time I passed T’s stand I noticed his lit up boba tea menu and about had a heart attack as I stood there gazing stupidly at boba tea, y’all! I called my husband immediately to tell him I thought I was hallucinating because there is no such thing as boba tea or phở in Nacogdoches! Thank you T for bringing your delicious food to my small town. I love his phở and his sandwiches are so satisfying and delicious. When he asks if you want it spicy he doesn’t play around and I appreciate that since I am definitely a fire in my mouth type of gal. Every time I go to T’s Sandwiches I am fearful that he will no longer be there. I hope his business survives and flourishes because I highly recommend his food. Everything he makes for you is hot off the stove/grill. You might have to wait a little bit but it’s worth it. Please keep T’s alive and go there today and try it out for yourself.

Good, tasty food in a hole-in-the-wall spot in the lousy Nac mall. I wonder if T Sandwiches will be the last business left when the few remaining businesses finally leave the sinking ship that is the University«mall» …
