I have had a terrible experience with the store, and in fact with the owner, Bob Pollock himself. I wanted to exchange a gift shirt outside the one week time policy. I got a big dose of disdain and no concern for the fact that I now possessed a $ 150 shirt that would never be worn (the person I gave it to hated the color). I felt terrible after hanging up with him.
He had a choice of being gracious, and he probably could have handled an exchange if he wanted to, but he took the other road. I was pretty shocked by the ‘tude.
But in the process I have learned that other retailers sell the same shirts for less.
