I called to order a pie and breadsticks over the phone. I was put on hold For five minutes then the girl took my order. They said it would be 20 minutes. I got there at the 19 minute and it wasn’t ready. I waited at the restaurant for 30 minutes. People who came in after me placed orders and got their food before me. All the while 3 people came back in because their orders were messed up. Finally my order was ready. The cashier never apologized that my food took twice as long as they said it would. I got home and the food was cold. Had to reheat. Very disappointing. Go to Pizza Hut, but not the one in Nanuet.

It’s chain food, so it’s decent. My boyfriend order from this Pizza Hut occasionally and it’s fine. We’ve dined in on occasion — sometimes they make minor mistakes on our orders and don’t come around to refill our drinks. But it’s a chain so what can ya do? We also order online, which is convenient, then go to pick it up. This Pizza Hut even has a drive-thru so you can grab your take out with ease.

I like this Pizza Hut. The only bad thing is that they don’t deliver. They are missing out on a lot of money due to the fact that they don’t deliver. Too bad. But other than that the pizza the wings the buffet is amazing.

They now sell pizza with cheese inside of the crust. Tough Stuff Pizza, I think it’s called.

Its a Pizza Hut so if microwaved pizza is your thing go here. I am really just talking about the Buffet in this review. Sadly the Buffet is very hit or miss and is different each time. They trot out various pizzas, thin crust, toppings, multiple toppings and if your VERY lucky, STUFFEDCRUST. The best items here are the bread sticks which are always in demand and the Supreme pie which is vegetables sausage and pepperoni. The Filipino lady who is usually the waitress is very very sweet and attentive and if its a slow day will ask you what pie you want out next. At the end of the day, its a pizza hut but if your hungry and want to spend under $ 10 bucks this is your spot.

I ordered for pickup. When I got to the restaurant and asked for crushed peppers they claimed they did not have any and so I said I don’t want the pizza without the crushed peppers and to cancel my order. I said this to call the pizza clerk’s bluff. He somehow remembered that they did have crushed peppers and poured some into a small plastic cup. When I got home, my order had no sauce. I order about 20 wings and 16 breadsticks and had no sauce for them. I had called the restaurant to tell them this and they said I can drive back and get some. I live 20 minutes away from the pizza hut so I asked for a discount or something on my next order. Instead they offered me more breadsticks. Completely ridiculous. Why would I drive 20 minutes to get sauce and an order of breadsticks. I already ordered 16 breadsticks. The workers were very unhelpful. The restaurant was completely empty too so it was not like they were too busy and forgot the sauce. I am very disappointed. I used to come to Pizza Hut with my family in the 90s and the service was great. Somehow, they managed to let this place get this unpleasant.

When this one opened it was pretty good but has gone seriously downhill fast! They never seem to cook the pizzas enough and they are too doughy. The stuffed crust pies that once tasted ok-stink and will clog your veins upon swallowing! Better pizza all over the area why would you come here?

mmm… Pizza Hut. Back in the early 90s, the closest P’Hut near New City/Nanuet/Spring Valley was in NJ, at least a 30min drive. Then they opened up TWO in Rockland, one in New City and this one in Nanuet. I remember the wait was like an hour just to be seated, it sure was popular and in P’Hut’s haydays. This location still exists, but sadly the New City closed down, that whole shopping center is deserted, except for Walgreens and McDonalds, which btw, the McD has been there since the 80s! It’s outlasted Bradlees, Stop N Shop and A&P, and the movie theatre.
