Very friendly staff. Great wine and tasty herb roasted almond. We liked their Meritage but heard a lot of others who liked their Barbera as well. Will try that some other time. Loved their Art Deco lounge room where newly discovered musicians came from all over to perform. One can enjoy a relaxing evening here sipping a nice glass of wine while listening to live music on the background.

Rebecca is the Vintners daughter and walked us through the numerous 6 tastings. These bottles are from the 2010 vintage which means they bottled them in 2012 and cellared them for 3 years of aging which is unusual for a wine tasting. Low production and these wines are yummy. The Merlot and Cab as well as the Meritage are worth cellaring for a few years. MUSTTRYTHISFOR $ 10. HELLO?

Neat little place with an ‘old timey’ feel. They have a cash register from the 1800s and lots of art deco and old world ambiance. The wines that we tasted were very good too. We did a regular tasting flight and the pour were generous. The best part about this place was the service– the lady, who’s name I forget, was really amazing. She told us stories about the wines, Napa, the register and even some of the merchandise in the room. She also gave us good dining suggestions. We’d love to come back!

Walked in to Capp while cruising downtown Napa. It was a lovely experience! It happened to be their 10 year anniversary(& Valentines Day). All the ladies got a red rose. The wine was delicious and Gary told us about the live music events etc. We did a tasting and left with a bottle of their Malbec Rose(delicious!). I am a Napa local and will definitely go back for more!

Cozy and inviting. Spotless and elegant. Even the restrooms! Great wine, cozy atmosphere, and a fire place. What more do you need? You’d be silly to pass this place any time you visit Napa.

$ 10 for 6 tastings. I was excited since this is such a deal, the wines were okay, the pours were about 2 ounces. the people helping us were very kind, the atmosphere is cool, was not a huge fan of the wines.

Great service, friendly hosts, and wonderful pours. We had some time to kill before our dinner reservations at Oenotri, and we happened to come across Capp Heritage Vineyards’ Tasting Room right down the street. They were happy to have us in, even though we realized that they were about to close! The Victorian/Art Deco tasting room was very welcoming, and there were plenty of comfy couches to lounge in and people-watch on 1st Street. Generous pours of each glass cost about $ 8 – 10 each. Our party of 4 tried a variety of whites and reds all recommended by the host — I’d recommend the 2012 Gewürztraminer and the 2012 Sauvignon Blanc. No one there is pushy or too attentive — just the right amount of service to let you enjoy a great Napa afternoon. Highly recommend!

Interesting wines, affordable but not«cheap». Super friendly folks will pour you wine and let you decide for yourself if you like it, without a tasting notes monologue. $ 10 fee is worth the experience.

Great wine, very reasonable wine tasting prices. The atmosphere was very fun and the server was quite friendly. My friends and I had a great time visiting this tasting room. If you are in downtown Napa, I recommend stopping by this place.

Location, Location, Location! The design and setup of this new tasting room is simply amazing! Steampunk mixed with rustic and retro touches, all in a very friendly 1st Street location. The wines were very good as well, from dry aromatic whites to big rich reds. They mentioned they would be having live music in the future, so if not just for the wine, I will definitely be back for live music and getting to relax in this very cool space.

This place is great! From the wine to the ambience, you will not regret coming here. The bar area has the feel of an old style saloon, the floors are even made from wood that has been grandfathered in. The lounge area has you feeling like you’re in the Great Gatsby! Every last detail is on point(just look at the retro exit signs and light-up stair from the bar to the lounge, and that fireplace! oh man). Gary, the GM, is personable and inviting and a bomb-ass guitar player who will blow you away with his performances! if you’re in Napa you have to check this place out!

This place is cozy and warm. Totally inviting. It reminds me of a social library. Very upscale and sophisticated wine room.
