Worst service I’ve ever had. Food was ok, but definitely not worth the hour long wait. Our server was nice, but the two hostesses were extremely rude and unwelcoming. I won’t be going back.

Went as a party of 5 to order some brunch and waited for about 40+ minutes for the food. After around the 45 minute time, the tomato soup that comes with order comes out with the waitress saying that the rest will take a couple of minutes. After around 5 more minutes, another person comes out stating that the ticket was lost. Only after 45 minutes did they realize that the order was lost? This is clearly an issue and who knows if they could even not lose the next one… If you want to eat here, make sure you have about an hour and a half to wait for your food.

service was extremely slow and no one came to check our table at all, every server for some reason was in the kitchen for prolonged periods of time. they didn’t even have any silverware for the first 30 minutes we were there. the food was mediocre even for ihop standards and the servers were confused about what was available from the menu.

Walked in with a party of four. Waited 20 minutes to be seated, they had no clean silverware or plates so we had to wait another 10 minutes while they washed some for us to use. Servers were rude. Service was bad and the food was meh.

Put our name in for a party of 6. We’re told it would be 15 min wait. We waited 45+ min for our table. They took everyone else who came in after us. When we asked, we were told they needed to clear a table for us. Stood and stared at a table with dishes on it for 15 minutes. What should have been a one hour meal ended up being over 2+ hours. Receptionist seemed to be overwhelmed and was very grumpy.

Great for kids! Fast, tasty and really reasonable. We went this morning and so many families were eating there we didn’t feel self conscious the waitress was so nice, accommodating and food came fast. What you want as a mom with a toddler. Two thumbs up!

LOL. That’s all I have to say. They told us 20 minutes for 2 people and after seeing about 10 open tables and no one being seated I finally left. Overheard the manager saying that she was about to kill the kitchen because they were going so slow. The hostess was also complaining that she was missing her cousins birthday party to be at work. Such horrible attitudes from everyone. Everyone was upset and completely over this IHOP. Never ever again.

I would like to be able to rate their food, but unfortunately(or maybe fortunately) never got the chance to taste it. My family and I waited about an hour watching several customers come and go. They weren’t busy, I think our waitress forgot to put our order in. We ended up leaving.

The customer service was pretty good but the food was mediocre at best. My pancakes were dry and overcooked, but the bacon was good. It’s an ok place but I wouldn’t recommend it. In fact, the night before a I had planned on going to Black Bear Diner(across the way) but chose IHOP instead cause I thought they might have better pancakes. Regretting my decision. If you’re looking for a cheap breakfast in Napa I would recommend going to Black Bear instead.

Ughhhh!!! Lets see to start off, they should at least put a sign up «please be aware that after being seated your food could take half hour to an Hour, upon serving» yesss it took them a little more than half an hour for our food to be served… Waitress didn’t come and check to see if we needed it anything. After asking where our food was«30min» she replied… «Coming out, you guys are pretty lucky, because usually it takes way longer» and Im sitting there with my family… Like“what kind of breakfast restaurant is this!!” I then spoke to the manager… «She was pretty much backing up the server saying«we had one cook that didn’t show up… So yeah you guys are pretty lucky» then the people sitting next to us… Waited, waited, and waited for their food until they decided to get up and leave… Then i saw the manager bringing their food out to the parking lot as they were getting in their car. They seemed pretty upset. I don’t blame them. The only thing that the manger did was give a discount and that was it. So far will Not be returning to this ihop.

The food was pretty good for IHOP, but the customer service was really top notch. They were busy but made sure we had what we needed and checked on us several times, kudos to the staff.

The food is ok. The main reason I will go to IHOP is for the crazy/funny waiter. He’s super great and always introduces himself as someone else. He makes my whole family laugh!

I don’t typically write reviews for chain restaurants, but our server was great. She was so welcoming. She took our orders, our food was out fast. It tasted very good. Thanks Erika!

This is an inbred franchise. The hostice neglected to add us to the waiting list and sat 3 table of guests that arrived after us, complain got us asked if we wanted to be added to the waiting list, NOWEOTESTANDAROUNDLOBBIESJUSTFORTHEHECKOFIT, Especially at Ihop, after another 20 minutes and more people being sat ahead of us, I asked for the manager. She proceeded to talk down to me, Hunky she said, you have to add yourself to the list, Then why did the hostice ask us? Seems to me the problem is poor service!

I had a breakfast here with my father and other Family members and I felt like a King after they served me the breakfast I had ordered. I love to come to this place when I really want to have a good time and meal.

Given that we never eat at our local IHOP because the service is always slow and inattentive, I was so excited to bring my family here for a hearty breakfast while on vacation. The food did not disappoint, it was delicious and filling and everyone enjoyed their food. My only complaint is the service was a tad slow and there really could have been another waiter or waitress to help the only one working that whole area of the restaurant. Sam as a waiter was hilarious and helpful, he just could have used extra help.

I’ve eaten here a couple times in the past, but found it to be basically the same as every other IHOP I’ve ever been in. The reason I haven’t been in an IHOP for a while is because they discontinued their«French Pancakes,» which was a standard menu item since I was a kid(a very long time ago). Basically it’s just crepes(which they still have) with orange marmalade on them. I guess keeping a jar of orange marmalade was too much for them to handle, so they discontinued that menu item. I visited this particular IHOP a few weeks ago, and mumbled something about how I missed french pancakes to the waitress. She said that she could get me plain crepes with a few of those little single-serving orange marmalade packs that they give you with toast. I’m not sure why the line cook couldn’t open them and put them on the crepes for me, but I was thankful that the waitress at least had enough smarts to figure out a way for me to get what I wanted, even if the corporate pinheads that make business decisions for IHOP couldn’t. So I revisited this IHOP a few weeks later, hoping for another cobbled-together, self-help version of my favorite IHOP(former) menu item. I was one of three customers in the restaurant on a very slow afternoon. The staff consisted of a manager, a waitress, and a line cook. I gave the waitress my order, and waited… and waited, and waited. The other two customers had their food already when I sat down, so there wasn’t anything going on in the kitchen other than my order. It should have taken very little time to pour the pre-mixed batter onto the griddle, wait two minutes, flip the crepes, wait one more minute, plate the crepes, throw a few single-serve orange marmalade packets on the plate, and get it to me. I waited 25 minutes before I got up and started looking around for someone to tell me what was taking so long. In the absence of other visible staff members, I went directly to the kitchen. It was empty… no line cook, and nothing on the griddle. I ran into the waitress and the manager on the way out. Neither had any explanation for why a staff of three with nothing to do couldn’t get me a five-minute dish in 25 minutes. I don’t think I’ll be going back.

This IHOP was pretty great! The staff was friendly and very attentive. She came around a lot, and even when my mom spilled coffee on the table and me, she was very polite :) The place wasn’t packed, so it was easy for us to get a booth table! Plus, the food was cooked pretty well and it was yummy. I always get sirloin tips & eggs, my favorite! Also, their boysenberry syrup isn’t hidden in the back like it is in Las Vegas, it’s actually on the table lol! A super big plus!!! The food isn’t celebrity chef worthy, but as always, that’s IHOP.
