They’ve officially done it this time. The first time they’ve made me wait up to 10min in the«reserved» spot. for a simple order.(Which i did call to complain, they didnt even get back to me) second time, a girl who doesnt seem to like me for whatever reason, didnt take my order and had me wait until someone else came to the register. while there was two other people behind me. Then when a lady assisted me, she all of a sudden was open again. and this morning i ordered hotcakes with sausage for like $ 4.95 or whatever and i get home to a hard piece of bread and a cold sausage. Like seriously?! $ 5 for not only a cold order, but the wrong order. Really upset with this McDonalds !!

Horrible service ! Every time you go through it is the wrong order. They apologize but it still happens all the time. They said leave your name and we will gladly replace your lunch. So I ordered and told the person about what the manager offered me. And for the next ten minutes went on and on well what do need and which supervisor, it was so embarrassing. I will never go there again. i pay for my meal and should be able to get what I ordered or my money should be returned!

Horrendous customer service. Employees that can’t comprehend basic English but jabber constantly in Spanish to each other. I repeated my order three times and it was still incorrect. Then when I brought it to the attention of the management it was my fault their employee has the english comprehension of a third grader.

BRINGBACKTHEMCRIB. For those who don’t know, the legendary McRib sandwich is a seasonal offering, but each franchise decides for themselves whether or not to offer it. For instance, when I was down in Southern California a few weeks ago, I saw the McRib being offered everywhere. But the two McDonalds locations in Napa are not offering it, and they haven’t in a few years. BRINGBACKTHEMCRIB.

The South Napa McDonald’s held up after the earthquake. They had a limited menu, long lines, one cash-only register, and they did remarkably well. The place was clean and friendly, showing grace under pressure. They did a great job considering the circumstances.

I feel very compelled to write a review about this location because of the customer service. I’ve encountered the fastest drive-thru on the planet. The service fulfilled the true definition of «fast-food» even when the line was slithering snake long. Oh yeah, I will forever love their french fries, hash browns, and Oreo McFlurry. I have a guilty pleasure munching on those goodies even if SuperSize Me and my health class discourages me to do so.

Waited forever in the drive-thru after the cashier asked me to hold on. Then after I got tired of waiting I drove up to the window and saw that the worker inside was running back and forth doing something but kept glancing at me. Then finally she came to the window and said they were closed! She could’ve told me that through the intercom in the first place instead of making me and several other cars behind me wait for nothing… Very poor service! Big thumbs down from me! Next time I’m going to Jack In The box!

Clean and friendly place. I came in just for an ice cream cone at 9:30PM. No one in line, but first impressions were that this was a pretty clean McDonalds. This is located on the corner of the shopping center with Target and Home Depot.

I’m a great fan of McD and have always been. Like other McDs I didn’t find anything different or unusual in this outlet too. The drive-thru was smooth. I was lucky not to have stuck in a long queue, just a couple of cars ahead of me. The lady at the window taking orders was quite quick in her work and the delivery was also made quite quickly. … Keep the good work going!

I don’t go to fast food places a lot but when I’ve come here, every single time my order has been made wrong or I have been given expired food. What else do you expect at a fast food restaurant?

Again, I do love a well prepared Egg McMuffin and I can say this Mickey D’s on the corner of Imola and Soscol is consistently on point with the world’s greatest breakfast sandwich. The middle aged lady who takes your money at the first window is a little gruff and all business, but she did give our dog a treat out of the blue recently. So I’m saying order up in the drive through, and don’t go to the crowded counter and get that super uppitty, crabby, chubby, young mexican girl, she is mean! This Egg McMuffin here is textbook. Crisp, toasted english muffin, cuddling a nice cooked piece of ham, and a well centered, round, tender fried egg, blanketed with a perfect square slice of American cheese. Pure bliss to start your day. Bravo McDonalds!

I’m trying to get everything in order before my meeting with the investors. I’ve got the charts, graphs, and documents. I was up all night preparing everything with a sick child in tow. In addition, I just found out that the team I rock climb with once a month is missing two people. We need to find substitutes or we’re not going to Strawberry. And we can’t postpone that rock too much longer. Winter’s coming and I’ll soon be traveling with the choir to Mesa Arizona. What’s more, my wife’s birthday is next weekend and I have to make sure everything is squared away for our stay at the ranch. I have already groomed the horses and readied them for our ride out to the cabin where I will have waiting a grand picnic: Champagne, cheeses and crackers, sandwiches, fruit. A fantastic view. A crackling fire. As you can imagine, with everything that’s going on, there’s plenty of filing to be done around the office and the data entry work keeps piling up. Yeah, I’ve got Bob from Account Temps. That should ease my mind for the most part. But, the only thing on his feeble mind is ‘When is lunch’? It seems that this is all he has going for him. Why does this bother me? I guess it’s because I’m always on the go, always have something going on, always have something in the mix, and I’m always strapped in and ready for the ride. I look at Bob and wonder what’s missing in his life to where he just accepts jobs filing and punching numbers? There’s no satisfaction or sense of challenge in his life. There’s probably at least a dozen more efficient ways to do his menial tasks, but he probably doesn’t care. He’s just biding his time. The other day, I asked him what he was up to this weekend. He mumbled something about his back and went back to his filing. And sometimes I find him slouched over his keyboard like everything has been drained out of him. I bet you right now he’s thinking about McDonald’s, again. And I’ll be darned if he’s not on that website, again. Unilocal?I don’t have time for this crap. I need to call Account Temps and get a new guy in here.
