Great experience on a whim. We stumbled upon Uncorked and so glad we did! Christopher was fantastic! Great conversation with us and very knowledgable about the wines and the details behind making wine. Even played us a tune or two on the guitar! I feel he went above and beyond your normal wine tasting and for that we are quite appreciative. If we’re ever in the area again we will def return! Very pleased… my only regret is that I forgot the buy the delicious white chocolate that went with the wine we bought! Next time…

This place is #goals. It’s where your parents would take you if they were cool and where you want to be when you grow up. Seriously more fun than weddings I’ve been to. There was live music and dancing in a very cute winebarhouse. Customer service was on point, the band was amazing, and the ambiance was perfect. Can’t wait to come back.

This by far was the best place we visited during our entire trip. Very laid back and comfortable atmosphere. Christopher was the best host and very knowledgeable about the great wine selection. We got there with some friends when there was no one else there in the late afternoon. By 3 the place was packed and wine and songs were flowing. We definitely will plan a return here on our next trip.

This is my second review of Uncorked at Oxbow. I was in there Saturday evening, August 29th for a little wine, music and conversation. My friends and I enjoyed a bottle of the Ahnfeldt Chardonnay and the Cabernet, both of which were delicious. There was a good trio of local musicians playing,(Mark, Steve and Dwight), which we also enjoyed. John and Matt were serving behind the bar and they are both excellent wine servers and engaging, knowledgeable guys. As I said in my other review, this is not a pretentious wine bar. You can relax here and have a good time.

Across the river, small tasting area. John was our server and he is very knowledgeable and fun to talk to. We went on Friday night and it was dead, we were told they had live music on Fridays; John said they changed it. Most probable because of the Napa City Nights live band playing in the park. We did buy one bottle of wine. I was not too impressed, but it was the end of a long day which may have skewed my opinion.

Go see Matt, go see Matt, GOSEEMATT! Seriously = Matt is friendly, knowledgeable & totally knows his wines!!! Speaking of: wines are fantastic. No wonder they’ve won multiple awards. If you’re in Napa, seriously = go see Matt!

Uncorked was a very pleasant surprise. My fiancé and I were having lunch across the street and came here on lark. We ended up loving and I mean loving each and every single wine. The reds here are some of the best I’ve had anywhere. We loved the consistently high quality so much that we joined the wine club and have been happy members over a year now. Every time we have any kind of «special occasion» we break out a bottle and have a great night.

This place has the best live entertainment in Napa! The owners are great. They are sweet and engaging. Matt the sommelier is amazing and one of the best we have found in Napa. He has a true passion for wine and is very helpful.

Cool time with the guys tasting wines and enjoying stories and experiences about Napa. They’ve got a variety of wines to taste, a comfortable indoor/outdoor venue to do it in.

The wine was good but not much attention from bartender. For $ 5 more you could do castillo Dr amaroso which is much better experience all around.

We had a great and personalized experience at Uncorked. Had eight tastings thanks to John Ross! He was very sweet and knowledgable. We enjoyed the wine and the yummy chocolates. Will certainly be back next time I’m in Napa!

Chris Robbins works at a fun & amazing wine business across the street from Oxbow! No corkage fee at Oxbow Market and flights from $ 15 — it’s definitely a place to visit when in Napa to learn more about local wines!

Came in because I had a voucher for a free tasting. Turns out the free tasting was only for two wines but I decided to taste all the wines of the $ 15.00 flight. The customer service and product quality were all great, no complaints here.

The most fun I’ve ever had wine tasting. Seriously! Come hang out for the open mic and see the what happens with a Chardonnay… My favorite of what I tasted. But the reserve.

Close to the Oxbow, very relaxed environment with a good host in john Ross. The wines were interesting, and I picked one up. It was a great easy place to stop and also get food right next door.

The hubs and I went for a visit here on our anniversary trip to Napa. I had purchased a daily deal, so we went to cash it in. We were staying in Napa and arrived early afternoon, so we made this place our first stop after we arrived(after the market, that is). We had a great time! The owner was really friendly and we had a nice time chatting with him about the family and the history of the operation. We each got to taste 4 – 5 wines, and our deal also came with cheese and crackers. The cheese and crackers was incredibly sub-par(like, slices cut from grocery store blocks of cheddar/jack/etc), but there was a lot of it, so we didn’t mind. Really, that’s just something to soak up the wine anyway — and we were there for a wine! Overall, the wines were really quite good. I think we purchased one bottle to take with us back to the hotel. I didn’t LOVE the wine, but it was really good. If we were in the area, I’d definitely considering stopping in again!

We got free tasting passes to Uncorked included in our welcome packet at the McClelland Priest B&B, so we unpacked our things and we headed downtown. Both business are owned by the same couple. Uncorked is in a cute little converted house right across from the Oxbow Public Market. We got there towards the end of the day, so the place wasn’t quite as busy. We pulled up our seats up to the bar, but there is other seating in the building, including a side room with couches. We tasted so much wine I lost count. The pours were really generous. We tasted a selection of the Carducci, Ahnfeldt, and Quid Pro Quo wines. We also had a great host, John, who was talkative and funny. He made some of the pieces of furniture made out of wine barrels. We came away with 2 bottles of wine.

Enjoyed the atmosphere at open mic night, Thursday Generous pours on the wine and friendly staff. The small plates are very good and not so small for the price. They employ a single accomplished chef who plans and prepares the meals. I had a cheese filled risotto cake(a bit of lemon in there) with asparagus and side salad with kava kava orange dressing. Was yummy. It was enough for dinner(at $ 9.95 not bad for Oxbow territory) and I enjoyed the patio-even though it looks out on the parking lot, it’s got great shade as the weather warms up and you can still hear the musicians. I’ll be back !

John was plesant and very accommodating during our tasting but he wines were not to my liking. Don’t think we would have stopped here if we did not have a discount from our BandB. For the price point and the amount of cases they produce a year I was expecting better. Reminded me more of the wines you can get in CT and that is not saying much when you are in wine country. Sorry to say the best part of the tasting was the white chocolate infused with lemon.
