The bikes were really easy and fun to ride. Mike provided superior service from start to finish. He sent me very detailed info and maps by several emails and was quick to respond to questions. He personally delivered the bikes to our hotel, explained thoroughly how to use the bikes and the trail we were riding. The bikes were in great shape like brand new. We could not have asked for better service or value. We have paid more to rent old manual bikes.

Mike was a dream to work with. I rented an e-​bike for a week to take on the trails in Naperville. I had a bunch of questions about the bike. Mike responded quickly and thoroughly. He made sure we had everything we needed. He is extremely knowledgeable and willing to share his expertise.
If you haven’t tried an e-​bike yet, you should. It is really fun to ride and it was great to have the assistance when needed.
