Called Naperville Carpet Cleaning and was surprised they could get out the next day and they had a $ 99 special for three bedrooms and a hallway. They would be there at 11:00
They called at 12:30 to say they were on the way. At this point I had to go back to work. My daughter would have to meet them. They showed up and immediately tried to upsell the job. $ 99 was just a cleaning. They had to do this and that and this other thing and it would be closer to $ 300. I got the call and told her to send them away. I should have told her to release the hounds on those scammers.
They both reeked like pot and one was absolutely baked. Probably explains the 3 hour delay.
Horrible experience all the way around.
