I was interested in adopting two dogs from this organization and, I sent them several emails to get further information about the animals. I have never received a response back from this adoption agency on either dog. I don’t know if ignoring emails is their standard response to questions but, my neighbor has had the same lack of response to her inquiry about a dog she wanted to adopt. Why go through the trouble of posting these adoptions if you don’t intend to follow up? It’s hard to ‘make a difference’ when you don’t respond to people trying to adopt your pets. Very frustrating experience with Abby’s.
