Stopped here mid-afternoon on the drive from Miami to Tampa vicinity on I-75. Had already had lunch and was wandering around Naples getting the local vibe. The coffee was fine and my wife liked her latte; nice people working at the bar. A good place to sit and regroup while walking around Naples.

So went for coffee because we had a coupon. They screwed up our order. There was no distinction in taste between a cappuccino and café au lei, tasted the same. Temperature of coffee was inconsistent from cup to cup. Some coffee was warm and They don’t boil their water for coffee and we had someone whose stomach can’t tolerate that. Other coffee was way too hot, burnt our tongues. They don’t have brown/raw sugar out. You gotta ask for it, and they give out those precious sugar packets one at a time.
Prices are cheap. Won’t be back.

The name is awesome, the coffee however leaves much to be desired. I’d be less critical if it wasn’t $ 10 w/o tip for a 12 oz coffee and a small frozen blended drink. I understand I’m paying for the location, but give me a break. I could’ve received the same quality drink from the ⁷⁄₁₁ two doors down.

This is honestly the best iced coffee I have ever had! I would choose to get my iced coffee from here over Starbucks or dunkin donuts any day. That means a lot considering I am from New England and everyone knows folks from New England love their dunkin.

Always enjoy the coffee here. 100% kona. 16 oz. 4.55 $. But today I asked for it to be double cupped. .50 $ for extra cup. Didn’t taste as good today.

Great coffee in a great atmosphere. Some baked goods. Large TV with couches and tables inside or tables and chairs outside. Everyone knows your name there. Cool atmosphere, very laid back. Tropical. Small place though and sometimes it can be quite busy.

I’m a week late in leaving this review… I absolutely LOVE this place! I’ll start off by saying that I was curious to know about what the inside looked like with a bad ass name like that, pun intended… and I have to say it was almost like stepping into an island paradise. I ordered an iced coffee, can’t exactly remember what it was called, but I can tell you it was tasty! Probably the best iced coffee (after Barnie’s closed) I’ve had in years! The 2 guys behind the counter were friendly and answered curious questions my husband and I had about how they came to be, etc. I will go back every time I go to naples.

I love this place, the coffee is strong and delicious! Many different fun flavored lattes to choose from, and the best part is the ice cubes in the iced drinks are made from coffee so your drink never gets watered down!

I like this place, but the service is beyond slow and baristas are not very professional in general. Some easy rearranging behind the register could make them faster, or maybe just having a little urgency.
Both times I’ve been in they were almost completely out of pastries and the staff (different people working both times) seemed like they had never done this before.
Bathroom also needs a good cleaning.. .

I would give 0 star if I can. The service was awful. The baristas did not know what they were doing and very unprofessional. They did not tend to their customers at all. The latte I ordered was beyond disgusting, tasted like milk with a lil taste of coffee. Please spare yourself from a bad experience and get your caffeine fix elsewhere.

Love this place. I only get here once a year while on vacation, but I look forward to it just as much as the restaurants. The coffee is just good. Nothing beats good coffee!
The drink list is full of imaginative, delicious coffee concoctions for people who like a real treat. Also — they have both soy milk and almond milk, which is pure heaven for a veg like me.
The baristas are friendly, fun, and knowledgable. The merchandise they sell is adorable and the brand is just plain cool.

Why can’t this place be close to where I live? So good. They have a crazy diverse menu and they have Kona coffee which is one of my favorites. I thought they were reasonably priced. They have seating inside and outside. The staff was really friendly, especially when we asked about places to eat lunch nearby.

Really friendly staff with a really chill laid back attitude :)
After a long hot day at the beach this is absolutely place to cool down with a nice blended coffee drink :)
I got a monkey mocha, and the lovely better half got a strawberry piña colada :)
They were both awesome.
Don’t pass a chance to get a piece of this «Bad-Ass-ness» if you are in this neck of the woods.
You won’t regret it :)
