BURGERFI

Had never heard of this place but will definitely stop the next time I see one.
The food was very good. The fries are perfect. The peanut butter chocolate milk shake was mind blowing. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating since this was our first time ever ordering at a BurgerFi.
One of the employees even brought ice cream samples out to our 4 kids.

Fantastic gem in the neighborhood. Grass fed burgers and awesome fries. Atmosphere is hip and clean. My only complaint (and it is very minor), is that sometimes they appear to play the music for the workers and not the customers. Small price to pay for an awesome spot…

Best burgers in town!!! It’s pricey but this place is worth it. Burgers, fries and onion rings are delish!!! You can customize your burgers, dogs, fries ect with all kinds of topics. And they have those awesome custom coke machines :)

We stopped in and are so happy we did! Great cheeseburger. juicy and loaded with lettuce, tomato… yummy. I had the build your own and added egg to mine and it was good. The onion rings were really good and we loved the urban fries! Service was fast and friendly. Definetly going back!

Was very excited to try this place because of all the good reviews, the atmosphere was pretty cool. Nice furnishings, kind of an old industrial building, anyway the staff was nice and did a good job, my burger was ok, not what I was expecting though but the onion rings made up for that, probably the best I’ve ever had.

My wife and I love Burger Fi the food is excellent! We have had take out and we have also eaten in, it doesn’t matter. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is very clean. When we want burgers or even hot dogs we always come to Burger Fi.

Great atmosphere & interiors, cute outdoor dining area. Most importantly — great burgers (love that the buns are «branded» with the logo), great cry & fry (onion rings & fries) and shakes. I tell all of my friends to stop by there. Can’t wait to take my nephews when down for Spring Break.

Great veggie burger and their option to forgo the bun for having the burger served between lettuce is perfect. We’ve tried the same elsewhere and the lettuce was disappointing. The perfect amount was on my Burgerfi veggie burger, it was crisp and fresh. Their sides are made well and. Not too greasy. Wish they had a vegan cheese option, but otherwise good food, great service.

Great food but horrible dining experience. Arrived at 8 and there were already chairs put upside down on tables. Thinking we got their hours wrong, we asked when they closed and they told us 10pm. As we ate, they continued to close up. By the time we were ready to leave at 9pm, they’d cleared all of the drink station and napkins off the counter. Kinda weird! I wonder if management is aware their employees are making it look as though they’re closed two hours beforehand!!!

We ate there and loved the decorations and lay out. I had the cheeseburger with the works and a basket of fries. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The fries were the best I have had in a long time and the burger was tasty and the toppings plentiful. The only reason for not giving a full five stars is the bun was not toasted and was on the cold side. Will be back.

The urban fries are to die for! I have never tried fries like these before, first of all its one of the best French fries I have ever tasted. Then they put on almost like a garlic mayonnaise and loads of parmesan cheese and oh my god you could sit there and eat two orders they are so good. The burgers are also fantastic, you can definitely tell that the meat is not frozen and the ingredients are very fresh! They also have so many things you can add on to your burger, I put salt and vinegar chips on my burger and it came out delicious. Also if your on any type of paleo or low carb diet they do offer a lettuce wrap burger which is also delicious.

Great burgers and fries. The Bugerfi cheese burger with the «Bugerfi» sauce is incredible. Prices are not bad. Milkshakes are great too. Very happy with the service.

Normally I don’t give a 5 rating but this place deserves it, not just for the great burgers and fries. The people here display a genuine wish to help their patrons. They are observant of everything going on in the store.
In my case, we had a situation with our boys as a result we forgot to order a burger. One of the cashiers (or maybe manager, since she acted like a manager) noticed and quickly asked me if we need another burger. Before I was able to react to the situation, she took notice and assisted me, that’s beyond customer service. She took my order for my son’s burger and it was ready in minutes.
The place is also very clean. They also have a unique type soda machine that let’s you come up with your own cola concoctions. They also have good beers.
Straight thumbs up.

Note to self: Never write a review when you have not eaten dinner, and all you can think of is that big honking plate of better-​than-​five-​guys fries at BurgerFI, a juicy burger and an Oh My Chocolate custard mixer. This is a fun and casual place to have a burger and I really love the whole concept of using all natural ingredients and being eco-​conscious. I had seen this place pop up in other cities, so I assumed it would have a large chain feel. To my surprise, it had a local vibe and not a corporate look to it. The restaurant walls had wood planks that ran across, pipe-​like/​exposed vintage bulb light fixtures, and even a communal «farm» table that accommodated our large group. Also, I noticed a commercial big ass fan. No, seriously. The company is called «Big Ass Fans».
We opted both for the veggifi burger. My husband ordered it for us so I didn’t know exactly what I was eating at first, but then when I found out it had quinoa, I have a better appreciation for all the yummy goodness and even the texture. Now for the fries, I might lose friends over this, but their cajun fries beat Five Guys. Oh yeah. I’ve mentioned this twice now. And if you are a potato person, you might muster enough courage to order that big tray of fries. Dare you. Maybe you might have enough room for that frozen custard mixer with brownies, peanut butter, and everything else chocolate. You may die of a sugar overdose, but why wouldn’t anyone want to go death by «oh my chocolate»?
Regardless of my random banter, I enjoyed my burger and fries, and pressing the lovely soda dispenser buttons to get some type of sugary concoction. I think it might have been a vanilla barq’s.
It’s a bit of a trek to get to this location if you aren’t in the South Naples/​Marco area, but if you want a junky stop before heading any further, it’s a nice place to blow some big calories on something great.

Instant favorite! Fun atmosphere, amazing food, and they’re open late! Been here 2 times now and was impressed both times. Great selection of beer too.
Just one warning – stay away from the brisket burger! It’s double the price and tastes exactly the same as their other burgers.

Tasty and worth recommending. Custom burger, urban fries, and onion rings. Beer. Happy girl. I’ll be back.
