At 615PM, 26 May 2015, one day after Memorial Day I pulled into this Circle K /gas station to use a pay phone after riding 12 long hours(600 miles from Atlanta Ga) on my Harley on my way home to Homestead FL(many of those miles where in the rain too) so I was not happy with the treatment the two workers at this Circle K gave me and also I was very sick with a cold and could barley speak because of a swollen throat. Anyways, I had two cell phones with me that each had dead batteries so I asked the male worker(a younger guy 20ish or somewhere near that age) to use their pay phone and he said they had no pay phone. I explained my problem about calling my wife and asked to to use his personal cell phone because my wife was expecting me to arrive home the next day but instead I would be arriving in 2 hours because I rode home earlier due to my illness. Next he told me there was a store land line but it would not call long distance to Miami(100 miles down the road). Finally he said that I could not use his cell phone because he had left it at home that day(I think he was bullshitting me). Now a female co-worker comes out from the back room to where we are and he explains the situation to her(an older lady 40ish-50ish or so), she Immediately tells me(1) «we can not help you and(2) «have a nice day sir!» She repeats those exact same two phrases to me again, both times her voice and body language were such a nasty manner as if she was saying«F» you. It really pissed me off because they were not willing to help at all. Here is the real kicker of the whole situation… It was only one day after Memorial Day… here I am a retired veteran with 22 years active military duty and 19 of military civil service and this is the way I was treated after protecting them so they could have the right to treat me like shit. If I could give this circle K no stars I would. THEYSUCKONCUSTOMERSERVICE!!! Sorry so long winded but I needed to get all the facts in. Gary McCourt, Homestead Florida

Help!!! Are you trying to kill your customers??? You might be killing your customers/people from Marco island and Naples. They already are old enough. Since I would rather walk West across the 11 lanes of Collier blvd with a paper bag over my head, than to ever shop this location again. Thank heaven for 7 – 11. Extremely slow at this time and location that I went to. The clerk was having difficulty processing simple Cash transactions. In the future I hope you begin his training during the week not on the weekends when everybody is getting their shopping in. What a waste of time! It undermines the idea if convenience. I don’t mind spending a little more at a gas station but this location was slower than a stoned out, mile high grocery clerk with a one armed bagger. WTF am I on reality television show? Where the customer is duped? I’d hate to accidentally leave a box of Africanized bees next time I visit… Perhaps, this will add some comedy to your show. 21⁄2014
