Nice atmosphere. No drama. Good music. Good selection of cigars. Most people come dressed up. The only drawback is that the place is so popular that it gets packed fast and there’s not enough seating

If going to BURN on a busy weekend night such as Friday or Saturday. I recommend you have multiple cocktails before hand. It’s easy to enter the bar, but not as easy to get cocktails once inside. The cocktails before hand will make the horrible DJ not sound as terrible. If you want to come to BURN to dance, save your time and bust out your ipod at home in the middle of your living room. Chances are you’d be way better than the guy behind his computer here. However, a few of my girl friends and I decided to come here after a late brunch on a Sunday. The happy hour cocktail prices are amazing, and we had no issue getting service. Also, praise Jesus there is no DJ during the day.

All kinds for people! The service was great. The DJ was awesome! The crowd was very entertaining and it was nice to see a mix of people. Young and old! This guy showed up and everyone was trying to get to him so I took his picture. Have no clue who is was so I took a picture. Classy!

This place continues to disappoint me each time I go here. My friends got thrown out due to a bouncer having an attitude with them leaving the patio to use the restroom, and not seeing them at our table. Then a Manager came out with an attitude. I said in a calm manor that treating clients like this is a sure fire way to lose business. His response«We don’t need your business!». I responded, does that you mean you’ll pick up my tab and we can go? He said yes, and I agreed that we can go else ware where they appreciate their customers. Ten minutes later he finds us outside another place threating to call the cops if we don’t pay the bill, and he argued never said he would pay it. Being a gentleman, I said no problem clearly the clients you don’t want need to pay even when you throw some of them out. LOL Best Part: the waitress lost my credit card! She promised she brought it back. Guess where it was? It was in her purse beside the register! I watched her pull it out, as I wasn’t leaving without it and I was sober! You’ll not see me or any of my friends visiting this establishment. The humidor is the only reason a single star is valid, as that is the only room in the place you provide good service.

Great selection of cigars, very helpful and friendly staff, relaxed/fun atmosphere. Great crowd there too. Everyone really enjoying themselves. The young man working in the humidor provided an excellent cigar/scotch pairing suggestion. Went there twice during the week we were in town. We’ll definitely be back.

I was very pleasantly surprised by this place. When I first heard about Burn, I could only assume that a cigar bar in Mercato could be nothing short of wildly overpriced and full of snobby staff and douchey patrons. But when I actually visited the experience was exactly the opposite of that(well, other than the douchey patrons which never seem to be in short supply at Mercato). On a Saturday night there was a $ 5 cover and a dress code of collared shirts(supposedly enforced Friday and Saturday nights), however the bouncer let my friend slide through without one. We grabbed a beer at the bar(decent enough draught options, friendly and attentive bar tenders) and then headed into the humidor. I braced for super-expensive cigars, but there was a huge selection hovering in the $ 8 – 12 range. Furthermore, the guy working in the humidor was extremely friendly, helpful, and didn’t seem to look down on you even if you had no clue what you were doing. Don’t be intimidated if you’re a cigar noob like me! In addition to giving people buying advice he also cut and lit your cigar for you. There is a nice patio area where we went outside to enjoy the beer and cigars. There was a friendly server working the patio that offered us beers even though we didn’t have a table(most of the tables on the patio were marked reserved). We closed the place down at 2. I braced for a super expensive bill for the beers, but they ended up only being $ 8 a piece. The downside to this place is you will definitely leave reeking of cigars– it’s not a place I would want to visit just for a drink and not a cigar. There was also a notable discrepancy in the guy-girl ratio, if that’s something you care about. Overall a really cool hangout at Mercato and one I will be sure to visit again.

Excellent staff and selection of cigars. Great ambience and a must go even if you don’t really smoke cigars. Just be able to endure the smoke.

New Years Eve there was a night to remember. All of the music, drinks and people were too much fun. I ended up closing the place down at 5:00 a.m. Still very alive there.

Humidor stocked extremely well. Met Nish Patel there last night! How cool! He says they carry cigars from every maker who«fights the fight» with Cigar Rights of America to keep govt. out of premium cigars(which is a very cool organization — everyone who supports freedom to do as we want with our bodies, etc… should join.) The music is a little loud, but seems like there is something pumping out every door in the area except for the McCormick n Shmicks next door… Great selection of spirits too. Recommended!

This is a great place for cigar connoisseurs Visiting or living in Naples, Rocky Patel is a self made success in the cigar industry and lives in Naples intermittently throughout the year The bar is very eclectic, and works well with blue martini as their next-door neighbor There is frequent music that is easy to listen to, with both indoor and outdoor seating There is an in-house humidor that provides more than enough choices of cigars in the moderate to expensive category This place seems to attract more of a late-night crowd so don’t expect a lot of people until after 10PM,

Not commenting on the bar /lounge side, just the humidor. Holy crap, what a treasure trove. Great cigars, handled appropriately. I was in town from Knoxville, TN. Burn had cigars out of Nashville that we had yet to get. Also had some unique, hand-rolled-that-day cigars that were tremendous. We spent a good 30 – 40 minutes in the humidor, looking around and asking questions. The woman working was super helpful, knowledgable, and we witnessed her be very patient with some d-bag customers. Next time I’m in Naples, a visit to Burn is a «must.»

Pretty cool spot. Awesome décor with dim and colored lighting. It is well ventilated and not too smokey for those that are coming for a drink and not a cigar. Came early on a weekend night. It was a nice and diverse crowd with all age groups. The bar area was nice as well as the outdoor seating. The only bummer was that the DJ was not very good and was not playing anything new; but in fairness, that may change as the night gets later.

Good place to hang out. Again, there are not too many choices in Naples, but compare to others this one is a place to be. Come here from time to time, celebrated NYE last year and it was fun. Drinks Good quality, normal drinks, nothing special, nothing bad. You won’t get a headache next day — alcohol is good. Cigars If you love cigars — this place is for you. You can bring yours or purchase when you get here, they have a very good selection. Downside — if you don’t like the cigar smell, you have to deal with it :) Staff Always nice and friendly, guy at the door has zero attitude. Atmosphere Great lounge area to hang out, little place to dance if you feel like it. VIP section is good as well, you don’t feel isolated from the rest of the word like I’m some places. Summary I personally love cigar bars, mostly for the atmosphere, I used to have 2 favorite places in Tokyo and NYC, and can say that this one keeps the atmosphere up to standard.

Really fun place to hang out, even if you aren’t a cigar aficionado. The music to me was the main reason I went. The DJ was playing dance music that you would hear in a club environment, which may be why there was a slightly younger crowd.

BURN is a cog in the wheel of Mercato nightlife. If you want to transport yourself away from Naples, this is a great place to do it. I’ve been here on plenty of occasions and it’s typically the last spot to have one last amazing hurrah and then wind down before you willfully decide that you need to drive to IHOP because that’s the only late night diner you can go to post-party in Naples. Or you can start here, but never want to go anywhere else(maybe that’s because you’ll absorb that sweet cigar smoke and be embarrassed to go anywhere else). Okay, I somewhat kid, but it’s because the party never stops. There is a cover charge after a certain time, but ladies get in for free. Once you step in, you feel like you’re in this secret Moroccan oasis where the most elite men AND women clad themselves with their cigar jewelry and decadent cocktails. You have two types of ambiance depending on what time of the day or night you go. There’s a chilled calmness like your gentleman’s cigar bar, and then it could go all schizophrenic on you and you wanna pump up the jam and get the party goin’ on the dance floor. My first stop is the humidor. This is where you are first treated like royalty. The service is impeccable and you have a beautiful spread of Rocky Patel’s brand among others. You also have a wall designated to people and businesses who have purchased box space. There’s only one way in and one way out. It’s quite tight, but when you pay, they light up your cigar and with that first puff, the magic dragon is unleashed as you walk back into mainstage of BURN and get ready to start the party. The servers are beautiful, and they are very attentive and never leave a glass unfilled. I don’t remember ever having an issue with the service and maybe that comes with an understanding of being a part of one large drove of drinking/smoking bees. There are large pieces of furniture — couches, stately man-chairs, and it can be rather communal. The crowd is mixed. You’ll get every generation there, and that’s maybe a huge part of the appeal. You never feel like it’s a meat market unlike it’s next door neighbor, and people are there to just have a good time. I would recommend this place for large groups and it does get quite loud. If you’re lucky, you can find a little cozy seated area by a window, or outside on the patio, but the place is typically packed with people spilling each and every way. In short, just go. You’ll have a blast.(And please tell me that you’ve been prompted to sing every lyric to Pump Up the Jam.) 17 – 2015

What a cool concept for a cigar bar. I have been to clubs and I have been to a couple cigar bars but never a cigar bar that actually had a club atmosphere. I went the night before thanksgiving with my parents and my grandpa and we had a great time. The staff was friendly and helpful(one even was so kind as to return the crutch pad my mom lost). The drinks and cigars were both good and the atmosphere made it fun. The music presented an interesting mix for different ages, which probably ranged from 21 – 81(my grandpa) that night. I was told that earlier in the evening live music is playing and I could see evidence of this from the band that was taking down their equipment. The other good thing about this place is that it is well ventilated which really makes a cigar bar. I had fun here and hope to head back at some point.

My first trip to BURN was on New Years Eve 2010. A friend and I made quick a trip over here just to see what was happening. The place was full but it did not feel crowded. We didn’t stay long, just long enough to enjoy a cigar, and two glasses of Glenlivet each. Long enough to know that I needed to come back to this place. Ever since then, No matter what we are doing, or what is planned. A trip to BURN is always on the itinerary whenever I am in Naples. I am a non-smoker but I do enjoy the aroma of sweet cigar smoke flowing through the air at BURN. When I say smoke don’t get confused, you are not walking into a building with a billowing cloud of smoke hovering in the air preventing you from breathing as if you were at your local yokel watering hole. Burn is a very comfortable atmosphere where even your non-cigar loving buddies can accompany you for a few drinks. I have always experienced excellent service from the staff. During my visit last week I was being helped by who I think was the manager or head server and a trainee. I couldn’t go five minutes without being asked if my wife and I were ok. Every bar/eatery at Mercato has televisions. No establishment wants to lose patrons to another place because they didn’t have the game on. I get it, keep up with your competitors. However I wasn’t fond of the loud music playing at BURN on my recent visit. The music was louder than what I experienced when I was there on New Years. I understand TBM is next door, but keep BURN what it and not another night club. If I were to provide you with a list of my favorite five bars, BURN will be on that list. The ability to walk into an establishment and have a professional help you choose a cigar then immediately enjoying that cigar with your drink of choice makes BURN one of my favorite establishments.

I’m from New York, and the fact that you can smoke(never mind buy a quality cigar) in a bar is just TOTALLY foreign to me. Anyway, we were next door at The Blue Martini(another story altogether) and the guys decided to drop in for a stick and glass. We ran into our barmaid from the night before(or was it 2 nights before) who we had seen and talked to at TBM. They had some extra room at their table and I asked if we could share and they readily agreed. Now it gets dicey… a waitress shows up and we(4 people) ask for 1 beer and a menu to see the scotch and bourbon selection. As the ashes continue to grow, we are on the lookout for our waitress, but no luck here. Remember…1 beer and a menu. One of the guys goes to the bar, orders and gets 2 bourbons, the beer and a scotch and we sit and smoke and drink and talk. TEN minutes after that, she shows up, looks at our glasses and we say«NOTHANKS». Great cigars, great atmosphere(pardon the pun) but crappy waitress service.
