The location is convenient, but parking is limited. Seating is also limited. The place is homey and comfortable. The service was slow, but it was during the lunch hour rush. The pizza and sandwiches were awesome. The portions were large. No one left hungry and we needed to go boxes. This is a worthwhile place that I’d recommend.

Stopped in today for a slice of pizza and a drink. First time there, I was told I had to try it. I wasn’t disappointed. Pizza was excellent, service was excellent, atmosphere was excellent. Small town pizza place in the heart of the atrocity which is now Naples. Nice to know mom and pop places still exist and cater to the locals. Thank you Kelly and Carlo.

Awesome pizza and great service. The staff were gracious and the other customers were really nice. Prices are reasonable as well. Serving beer is also a nice bonus! Would go back anytime and would recommend to others.

Certainly this is not the worse pizza I ever had, then again far from the best. It’s hard to put my finger on it but it just lacked the(((wow))) factor considering it was average size and the $ 25.00 price. The truth be told a Digiorno’s Supreme doctored up with additional pepperoni, green pepper, black olives, drizzled with a little bit of olive oil baked served with parmesan cheese and hot pepper flakes tasted better and a hell of a lot cheaper.

This was absolutely the worst pizza we have ever eaten. Starting with service: I ordered a root beer while I waited for my order. It was only filled about half way after the foam settled. The waitress sat at the dingy booth checking her smartphone and never acknowledged my presence. Unreal. Totally unbelievable! When the order was ready, the guy behind the counter just raised his arm in the air to signal me. After getting a very insincere thank you from the cook, I walked out. The counter lady who took my order was busy working on her tax return. NOTKIDDING! I left. Looking forward to at least enjoying the pizza. Sadly, that part of the experience was worse than the service. The pizza(pepperoni and double cheese) was way undercooked. It was very doughy and floppy. The cheese was as chewy and tasteless as old bubble gum. There was a serious lack of pepperoni! Maybe 3 per slice. The pizza tasted like there was no seasoning in the sauce. Honestly, I thought I was eating the box. This was a total waste of $ 20. If they went to Walmart and bought their frozen pizzas and warmed them up, they would have an immensely better product. Don’t waste your money. Can I give it minus stars???

You will love this place! Naples resident since 1991, this is my favorite pizza. Location not fancy, typical old style pizzeria.(Don’t let the plaza fool you.) Luigi’s has been there for 31 years, for good reason. I stop in, often, for a slice at lunch, which is huge and an ice tea. Grand total of $ 4.08. Really! Pitcher of beer $ 7.75 ! There Antipasto salad is awesome and different. They have daily specials and lasagna daily. Crust is crispy just perfect. I send my real estate clients there and they always rave about it.

Love their service and the owners are very personable. Their salads are great if you like Italian. Their pizza is good too. Their Stromboli is great and Carlo made it gluten free for us.

Very good crust, but the sauce was lacking in flavor. It still measures up as very good I’m Naples. For NY pizza I prefer Moravela’s over luigi’s, but Luigi’s over Mama Mia. We think the sauce at Napoli on the Bay is the best… but Luigi’s crust wins.

Wonderful service. We picked up the order and it was ready for us when we arrived. Pizza was great and ingredients were fresh. Before you order or dine there make sure that you have cash. They do not accept credit cards or personal checks

Probably one of the better pizza places in Naples — I’ll admit I rarely eat pizza and as someone whom frequents Chicago — I’m a tad picky :) Luigi’s is one of the better places I’ve been to outside of Chicago and anytime I happen to be down in Naples I give them a call. They seem to be a smaller shop but service is up to par and I’ll keep going as long as they’re still there :) Location /area could be in a better spot but they’re flawless otherwise.
