It’s been a while since I went to ROP not because I wanted to but because I travel around the country and come to Naples once or twice a year for a couple months. Having said all that, my original stylist no longer works at ROP so I was introduced to a new person… Karissa. Wow what a stylist. But first things first… I went in for a consultation and met the receptionist Brandy. What a gem! She is personable, knowledgable, and a sweetheart. She helped me with the stylist that would be best. She was right with her choice. Thank you Brandy!

Was immediately impressed with her explanation of what my hair needed. Not once did she make a negative comment about the horrible cut and highlight I had gotten somewhere else. She just said «I see what the issue is and here’s how we can fix it.»
When the calculation for pricing was done for what it would cost to fix my horrible hair it was a bit higher than I expected and both Brandy and Karissa said they would work with another stylist that could meet my pricing. Karissa was willing to speak and spend time with another stylist to explain what she thought we should do to make my hair better. She was never competitive; only understanding about my financial circumstances.
In the end, because of her willingness to help me and her desire to make sure I was happy, I decided to stick with her. Who in today’s business will give up a client to someone else just to make sure the client gets what they need. My answer is Katissa! That’s why it was important to me to give her my business.
Had highlights, base color to cover gray, purple highlights, and a cut. I can’t tell you how happy I am with the results. Karissa did an outstanding job on everything. She fixed my hair and it looks better and feels better than it has in months. You are a genius Karissa. Thank you a Brandy for all help and assistance. I just moved to Naples from Southern California leaving my hairstylist and friend of 21 years. I have not had anyone cut or highlight my hair in that time frame, so this was a big leap of faith. This is a cute salon as stated by another reviewer. What immediately stood out is when I called in the girl at the front desk (sorry forgot her name) asked detailed questions about my hair. Based on my needs she gave me two stylists and different price points. To me that is excellent customer service. I decided on Karissa and she was the right choice, she took her time and listened to my needs, although newer to the business her skill set reflected someone with many years experience. She had great training from Robert of Philadelphia and it shows. I had highlights and low lights and a cut and style. It looks great and can’t wait until my next appointment. I think I will go lighter blond next time. I found my new stylist!

This is a very clean and quiet salon. The staff are friendly and professional. Karissa is awesome and always knows exactly what I want. She does a great shampoo with scalp rub and shoulder massage. Scheduling is very accommodating as I’ve had to change my appointments more than once. I’ve never been disappointed.

Absolutely loved my experience with Karissa! I’m trying to grow my hair out so I just wanted a nice trim and to freshen up my long layers. The shampoo was awesome, fantastic scalp rub and hot towel treatment with a little shoulder massage. The haircut was great, and the blowout rocked, my hair feels so healthy and bouncy! I will definitely be back for my next trim.

Visiting Naples and my hair was not enjoying the Florida weather as much as I was. Went to salon for a product Kaitlin and gal at front desk were very knowledgeable and helpful in finding the right product for my needs. Stayed for blow out and style and extra conditioning treatment. Loving my hair. Thanks!
