This is what I comment on the local newspapers article about bbb going completely online. It is too long to type again so I will just c&p it. I do not suggest going completely online. It is obvious you can not even handle the orders you have now. I ordered pee pee teepees 10 days ago and have not received them. When I called YESTERDAY(9 days later) to find out what was going on or if I cold get a tracking number to find out where it could be I was informed that«they had a mix up and thought it was paid with a check and were waiting for it».Since when do people pay with checks online and since when does the money come out of someone’s account if they don’t have this non– existent check they speak of. So then they proceed to tell me «but it was sent out yesterday or the day before» so now not only do they not know when my package was shipped but they lied to me. On May 13 I received an email from Bippity Boppity Baby saying, «Your order status has Ben changed to shipped» Now tell me, if my order, in fact had NOT been shipped because of this so called check mix up then why did I get that email. So at the end of our conversation I asked for a tracking number for my now shipped item… and they said«uhhh yeah I’ll get that to you». Silly me for actually believing that would happen. So I have spread out 4 calls through the course of the day with no answer. I will NEVER order from here again and will let as many people as I can know to do the same.

Just doing some last minute Christmas shopping for my niece and since all the stores at the mall had been picked clean(and since I wait until the last minute to shop) I decided I would take a walk over to BBB. I live within walking distance, so parking is never an issue for me when I want to grab something downtown. The store itself is small, but packed with a lot of stuff. Clothes, toys, etc. I found what I was looking for, an adorable little three piece outfit and a hand-knit hat, and although it may have been a bit pricey, it’s Christmas and she’s my niece. Like the previous reviewer said, there’s no room for a stroller. I wouldn’t know what to say about customer service other than, it’s not a coffee shop, I was in there to browse on my own to find something and the store is small. If you can’t find what you’re looking for in a couple minutes then you’ve got bigger issues… I don’t expect anyone to wait on me unless I ask or I’m waiting for some food. Overall, I like this place and I’m happy to support a local business rather than a gi-huge-ic chain store.

Pros: They have a lot of specialty items and a really good selection of Robeez. They’re a family run store. Cons: Location — unless you find a parking spot right outside the store, it’s a little inconvenient to run baby around Main St. in Nashua. Size — BBB is a fairly small store and is packed with stuff, so it’s virtually impossible to move in there if you have a stroller. Bigger Con: Lack of good customer service. Their website didn’t have their correct hours listed, which really sucked after showing up after they had closed, even though their website said they should be open. My wife also went in to make a return after specifically calling and asking if the item could be returned, and was told it would be fine. When she got there, the owner gave her a real hard time(apparently my wife spoke with the owner’s daughter who also runs the store). One would think the smaller mom-and-pop stores would be able to offer better customer service than the monolithic box baby store, but it’s not the case. I can’t really recommend going here…
