If you need an outstanding perm, make sure that you request Molly. I wanted a natural looking curly perm, and I got so many compliments after going to Molly! I highly recommend her. She listens to what you want and gives you exactly what you had envisioned. I love my new hair!

Green Hills is one area of town I try to avoid but Emily is a phenomenal hair stylist so I make the journey to see her! Their entrance is on the exterior of the mall which means I get to avoid the mall itself. And the mall does have valet should parking be a complete nightmare. The staff is very friendly & the salon is clean with a huge selection of product inventory & very reasonable prices for both service & product.

I had an appointment with someone new. I had been to this salon once or twice with an adequate experience for the price. I waited 20 minutes over my appointment time. There were many stylists with no customers. Finally they offered another stylist for my haircut, saying the person I was scheduled for was running over. That stylist was aware that someone was waiting. The stylist that did cut my hair was polite but barely took a few minutes to trim my hair. I was shocked when she was finished that it was all she would do. I won’t be back.

Just had my hair cut and colored by Keely and I love it!!! She did exactly what I had envisioned. I feel like I got a complete makeover of my hair. She did an amazing job!!! I Highly recommend her!

Heads Up is not the place to go that is forsure!!! DON’T GO DON’T GO DON’T GO! THIS PLACE IS FULL OF RUDE A** B****** THAT ARE STUCK UP PRUDES. THE MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE AND THIS PLACE CAN NOT KEEP ANY EMPLOYEES FOR LONGER THAN A MONTH. Lauren was my stylist and she mentioned that she had been out of beauty school for only a year. I requested an «emo/​scene» haircut with layers but this girl RUINED MY HAIR. My hair is already thin/​fine and she took thinning sheers and started taking too much hair off with her thinning sheers. My hair was choppy, dead, fried, and completely damaged. It was the worst experience of my life. I cried when I went home. I’m NEVER GOING BACK TO THE HELL HOLE PLACE EVER AGAIN. They are unprofessional and not to mention the whole salon is falling apart.

I cried when I left here. I waited over 30 mins to see someone, granted I didn’t have an appt, and I would not have minded if the girl had not claimed she was «done» after 5 mins trimming my hair. I am so upset and if I had the guts not to pay for my «cut» I would not have. Waste of time and money. I came here because it was convenient but I can guarantee I won’t be back. For $ 10 more I could have been treated much better and gotten a way nicer cut at a salon down the street.

Just got an awesome haircut from Jose Rivera. Months ago, someone from a different salon razored awful and super short layers into my hair. After growing it out for a while and Jose’s skills, my hair feels great again. Definitely recommend Jose if you come here.

Kim at Heads-​Up Salon in Green Hills has become the go-​to stylist for our whole family. Kim is incredibly conscientious and takes her time to get it right. Always pleased with the result.

Heads Up was great! The prices were incredibly low for the services I got (half of my hair cut off and partial highlights), and Ashley did a fantastic job– she was professional and gave me exactly the look I wanted. I paid half the price I would at the higher end salons and got perfect results! They also offered a student discount when I was there. For a quality salon with a much lower price, I would definitely recommend Heads Up.

Charity at this heads up was stellar. She took me as a walkin, did a great cut and hi light for only $ 109, and was accomidating to my tight schedule. Beauty on a budget doesn’t get any better!
