Amazing Ben & Jerry’s in Natick. I have been here once before today. Always a great experience. A bit of the expensive side, yet they have different & cool flavors, as well as a large seating area that is pleasant. The parking lot is large, and its next to the Container Store. Very convenient. Very fun & delicious.(I highly suggest the Chocolate Fudge Brownie) Staff friendly and helpful. 5 stars.

A pair of women allowed me and my friend entry as they were still deciding . While my friend ordered, I was stuck and ignored as this woman who let us in the front of the queue came and ordered. The lady serving the ice cream completely ignored me while my friend was at the counter with his ice cream The woman serving fully ignored me and skipped to this other woman waiting in Queue. pathetic to even ignore a person in queue. A man served me in the counter asking my friend what I wanted as he thought I was cutting the queue, when me and my friend were cashing out !

I have been hitting lots of ice cream places so I may need to go back to the gym soon. Brought my daughter and your boyfriend for a quick drive thru. I got a waffle cone with salted carmel truffle. It was better than I expected as I don’t normally stop in. I would get this again. Mmm.

Ben & Jerry’s are generally great because they have diverse ice cream flavors. These workers did not make me feel bad about sampling before ordering a new flavor. Great ice cream and great location!

mmm ice cream! Expensive but yummy! Really cute inside, very colorful and fun. Small kids area in back. Go to the back of the store and get in line to order your ice cream. Lots of cones & cakes selection. Lots of parking available.

I’m pretty sure I only need two words: Phish Food. And maybe a couple more: waffle cones and jimmies.

Ice cream is always good and Ben and Jerry’s is my favorite. However, the people working at the counter seemed very uninterested in serving and I almost felt like I was bugging them. But I did enjoy my ice cream. Great location and tons of parking!

The ice cream there is great, but the birthday parties suck and the staff has an attitude. When I went to a birthday there everyone was so excited to make tie dye t shirts all the kids were jumping up and down, but when they went to make their shirts the staff did everything they didn’t let the kids do anything but choose the colors the staff took advantage of the kids and I was not happy about this :(, but again ice cream is great I love the chocolate fudge brownie(my personal favorite), but just don’t have a birthday party there.

I recently had a birthday party with this Ben & Jerry’s coming to make ice cream sundaes for everyone. They had set up there tent in my backyard, set up there table with ice cream, and all the toppings, it was awesome! I’m looking forward to there new location coming soon in BRAINTREE across from the South Shore Plaza. I would use them again and recommend them for your party/function. age not a factor, we all love ice cream.

This place is always hopping, I really can’t blame anyone that works here for at least having a little attitude. I mean they deal with snoody ppl that shop at the Natick Mall all day. I have always enjoyed coming here, these folks know how to make a great milk shake that brings all the boys to the yard and they keeps it real.

It was a huge disappointment to go here and find out that they do not serve any Frozen Yogurt ! My wife and I are both Milk challenged and therefore can not eat Ice Cream. We can however eat the bag out of some fro yo. They had nothing, no Phish food, No Chocolate fudge Brownie, nothing. If you happen to be lactose intolerant avoid this place like it has bed bugs. They clearly do not see us non cow milk eaters as equals. I may picket thanks for your input Stephen. Many lactose intolerant people can digest yogurt. People can be more tolerant of traditionally made yogurt than milk, because it contains lactase produced by the bacterial cultures used to make the yogurt. Frozen yogurt, if cultured similarly to its unfrozen counterpart, will contain similarly reduced lactose levels.

This location of Ben & Jerry’s is a great one. The staff, consisting mainly of teens and young adults, are always friendly, more than willing to allow you to sample before buying and most importantly, quick. The selection is vast, seating is ample and there is plenty of parking even at their busiest. My favorite are actually the sorbets(I can’t do too much dairy with my lactose intolerance) but every now and again I try one of their new flavors like the Bonaroo Buzz which was quite tasty.

What can I say about Ben and Jerry’s? It’s awesome ice cream. The service is good, they have tons of flavors available for purchase in pint sizes, and they even did a free cone day a couple of weeks ago.

A little pricy — it’s cheaper to buy containers of ice cream in the supermarket or CVS. More variety/flavors here though. Free Ice Cream day is a big hit.

If you’re in the mood for Ben & Jerry’s and are anywhere close to Natick, go to this scoop shop. It’s so much better than the frost-bitten pints at the local Walgreens! I’ve been to the B&J factory in Vermont and this scoop shop feels like I’ve stepped back into it. The décor is pure Ben & Jerry’s. They have pints to-go, ice cream cakes, shakes, coffee drinks and scoops. My favorite feature of this scoop shop? They have ice cream that is no longer available in stores(i.e. flavors in the Flavor Graveyard that you can’t buy in pints anymore). This is the only place I can get my favorite flavor: Coffee Coffee Buzz Buzz Buzz. It’s heaven! Get a sample when you go. My office has ordered lots of their ice cream cakes for birthdays and other events, and they are always ready in time, packed very well, and are of course delicious! They’re kinda pricy though. I’ve never had a bad experience with the staff here. They are always friendly and very helpful.

You can’t go wrong with B&J for the flavors they offer. This location is ALWAYS busy! Especially when they do the free cone days. I love the Oatmeal Cookie ice cream with rainbow sprinkles. Go B&J!!!

Who hasn’t had Ben & Jerry’s– it’s so decadent and delicious. This shop is a fun place and has all of the hard to find flavors. Last time we went I had a flavor that involved cone pieces that was so sweet and good. I really love the sundaes here. The cookie sundae is a serious sundae that is perfect for sharing. The other part I love about this shop is the other sweet confections they offer. They have chocolate covered pretzels(YUM!), chocolate covered bananas, and they even used to have chocolate covered cookie dough balls(which I don’t think they have any more, but they should bring those back asap!).

Why am I bothering to write a review? It’s B&J, you know what you’re getting, right? I was in the other day, had a great service of Lemonade sorbet… and found out they now offer all natural chocolates also. Wow… that sounds dangerous.

I have tried many times, unsuccessfully, to convince myself that I hate ice cream. Ha! So I wandered into Ben and Jerrys the other day to discover customizable milkshakes — or frappes as New Englanders call them — that can be made out of any of the flavors on the board. Woo! You can even make them with the frozen yogurts and then add some hot fudge! I’m in heaven! And the nice teenagers behind the counter don’t look at you like you have eight heads when you order something totally bizarre. Because it’s Ben & Jerrys. They are the kings of bizarre ice cream combinations(thank you for Chubby Hubby!!). Oh! And there’s a huge freezer of take home pints and ice cream cakes available if you want more than just a cone(or milkshake). Four stars because they didn’t have Chubby Hubby available. Or that new delicious four berry sorbet. And because this location is more expensive than the one in Harvard square.

Ben & Jerry’s ice cream rocks! The Natick scoop shop is my favorite Ben & Jerry’s location in MA. It’s a convenient and wicked cool place to grab some great ice cream treats next door to the Natick Collection. The layout inside is much bigger than the typical shops found in the cities and there’s ample free parking outside since it’s in the burbs! I was in here a lot year round when I lived and worked in the area to get my Ben & Jerry’s fix. I still drop in here when I’m in the area(shopping trips). My favorite flavors are Cherry Garcia, Half Baked, and Chunky Monkey in a fresh baked waffle cone. The service has been fast and friendly on each of my visits. The Free Cone Days are the best! This place is very busy with a long line out the door which moves fairly quickly thanks to the great scoop staff. Some mad cow«spinning» action in the line takes place each year. Several ice cream fanatics grab their free cones and rush to the back of the line to get more free cones while eating their previous cones at the same time, similar to Scooper Bowl. Well, 3 times is enough for MOI. Sugar overload :-P
