I ordered a cupcake and a hot chocolate! The cake was so dry and the hot chocolate was not even mixed properly. It was full of water on top and all the powder mic was on the bottom.
Being a cup cake store, I expected a good yummy cupcake but it was completely opposite to my expectation. Never again:((

I ordered a cupcake cake for my sister’s 50th birthday party from the cupcake Charlie’s in Natick. It wasn’t what I expected and the owner, Jen, worked with me to make sure I left with everything I wanted. Excellent customer service greatly appreciated.

We stopped by Cupcake Charlie’s while in the Natick Mall to satisfy that mid-​day afternoon snack craving. I really enjoyed the environment when you step into this small shop you’ll notice retro pastel colored mixer’s in the back and fresh cupcakes displayed behind the counter glass. The unique cupcake selections and atmosphere truly separate this cupcake shop from others! Be sure to try the Oreo cupcake while it lasts!

This is one cleaver idea! To choose your favorite cupcake and have it blended in soft serve yogurt. They have lots of different cupcakes to choose from also they have a flavor of the week. What I liked was when the soft serve was blended with the cupcake it never lost its texture. My only issue was the price. It was a little high for a snack at a shopping mall. We ended up getting one and splitting it in half.

I was walking through the mall when I saw the sign for cupcake whirlies. I rarely eat cupcakes as I can’t afford the calories but the whirlie caught my eye. It’s a blend of soft serve ice cream and a cupcake in the style of a Dairy Queen blizzard. I knew this would be calorie suicide but it looked so good that I had to get one. The price was high, about $ 7. I chose to get a whirlie made with vanilla soft serve and a chocolate chip cupcake. It tasted great but I wish the employee had done a better job blending it. I was expecting cupcake pieces throughout the entire thing but the cupcake mainly sat on the bottom. I had to mix the cupcake more by spoon. It still tasted fantastic though. I will be back when my diet allows.
