They do cash refunds, credit refunds. You have do it within 14 days to get the refund with a reciept. Anything after that becomes store credit. No receipt becomes store credit. Expired receipt becomes store credit. You can also do an exchange within 14 days with an item of the same amount cost. If you read the signs at the registers you would know.
Friendliest place I’ve been too as well. Even the new store in Hudson/​Berlin location.

nice place to buy cheap stuff under $ 5 yes nothing is really high quality new stuff every week. toys, tshirts, towels, crayons etc.

Best place for candies, craft stuff for kids and The movie Frozen fun goodies!

Clean, organized store where everything is… below $ 5. Is it all quality stuff? … ummm no, but it’s good for toys, games, sunblock, pool toys, school stuff, weird chochski stuff, etc
They seem to move inventory, every time I go in, there’s new stuff. Great store for stocking stuffers!
Plenty of parking as this is located in Sherwood Plaza. Located next to Petco.

the kids, hubby and I all love this place. it’s like an upgraded dollar store. Everything is under $ 5… there’s everything under this one roof… lots of great finds… lots of great buys… but there are a lot of things you can get elsewhere for a lot cheaper. plus certain items. you get what you pay for… like a cell charger for $ 5.wouldn’t last long. stay away from the edibles… they are pricey.

This and the Christmas Tree shop have been my place to go but recently I was a bit disappointed.
We bought a bit too much in our shopping frenzy so I headed back to return some things. I didn’t have my receipt but the clerk told me I could make an exchange without one or come back with the receipt for a store credit.
I understand not all stores do a cash refund anymore, even with the receipt which I am good with.
Back into the car all the stuff went and home once again I found the slip. My 2^nd trip over the manager said, no returns only an exchange. Really? After dragging this around and going back for my slip no store credit?
If the store policy was the same both times than I would understand but after doing a bit more leg work I really wanted the store credit. She told me the store credit was the same as a cash refund. I am not sure how since I can only use the store credit at Their store.
In the end after much back and forth I did get my store credit. I know I will be back and shop there but I was a bit bummed.
Discount or not, I now know the store policy for returns and so should you.
Still decent stuff for a decent price.

Not your average dollar type store. This store was not what I expected… but not in a bad way.
They have a huge … I mean gigantic selection of cheap kids games and toys for $ 5! They have lots of name brand and well known games and toys too.
They have some holiday decorations, personal use items and candy/​snacks too.
An awesome section of $ 5 DVDs, wii and other video games.

I really like the model here. With dollar stores selling items for more than a dollar, it’s refreshing to see Five Below cap the price limit at $ 5 and still offer things for $ 1 and below. The store is pretty clean and they’ve got some good name brand things at great price points. Like Lego Ninjago spinners — $ 5 here and they’re $ 9.99 at the Lego Store and frequently sold out. Wiffle balls for $ 1.50. Boogie boards for $ 5. I like it. Fun place.

This is like a fancy dollar store for kids. There’s a lot of toys and games and everything is under $ 5. It looks like the store is primarily for girls (Hello Kitty, dolls, toy make up, etc.) but there is a bunch of boy-​friendly toys such as sporting goods (waffle balls, mini footballs), metal cars, figurines, etc. If you have a pre-​teenaged child’s birthday party coming up, drop in here as you can find a bunch of goodies for loot bags. (Candy too!)
What I found interesting was that there were quite a bit of generic cell phone cases and chargers. Everything from Blackberry to Nokia to iPhone but be careful that the case is appropriate for your model. Want some generic Nintendo Wii or DS accessories? You’ll find them here!
