I walked into the office with a friend to get a prescription for physical therapy. Ronna, the woman at the desk, called the facility we wanted to go to and she was so rude to them! That alone made me decide that if I ever needed chiropractic care, I will never go there. It was completely unprofessional the way she was speaking on the phone and I can’t believe that any office would allow someone like that up front.
