Robert’s Barber Shop

I leave completly satisfied every time I pop in. Rob is very professional and the shop is always clean. I love coming here to have the underside of my hair touched up!

Exactly what a barber shop should be. Rob’s a pro and gives you just the cut you want. Reasonably priced, exceptionally clean and great service. Looking forward to going back for a shave.

Went there today for the first time, Rob was great, he gave a good cut, blended the back of the head perfect, took his time and made sure I looked exactly how I wanted to look. I will be going back, I found my new barber.
A good barber seems hard to come by these day, this is one.

As with all barbershops in the Framingham/​Natick area, they go out of business fairly quick.
I used to like this shop when it first opened a year ago. After my visit today, I will no longer be going here.
I called on a Wednesday to make an appointment for a Saturday morning cut and hot towel shave.
And I specifically asked for Rob.
When I got there, Rob greeted me and said that Steve (new guy) will do my haircut. I wasn’t even asked if I wanted to or not. Next thing, they had booked another Sam at the same time so the new guy passed me over to Rob for the shave after he was done giving me a rushed haircut.
The haircut was decent and the hot towel shave was ok too. My biggest complaint is the PRICE HIKE!!!
I was here two months ago and a cut was $ 15.
Today my bill hit $ 35 for a cut and a shave?
Price for the haircut went from $ 15-​$ 18 and hot towel shave went from $ 12 to $ 16???
I left being unsatisfied. I will not be returning.

Like many others I have been searching for the right spot for hair cuts for the gentleman and boys in my household! Robert has done a fabulous job and a competitive price. Robert is always friendly and professional… he has his work cut out for him with my moody 10 year old! He has been cutting my boys and husbands hair now for a few months we keep going back location is ideal for us as we are always running kids all over Natick! It’s inevitable that we will be close to Roberts shop! Thanks for a quality job!

I’ve been going to Robert’s since he was over in Framingham and have never been displeased with a haircut I’ve gotten from him. Nice guy, good right price, and a great haircut.

I had been going to Bruno’s with my two sons for a number of years, but it became a chore because Bruno’s is perpetually overcrowded and inconsistent. Plus, Bruno’s does not offer the straight-​razor finish on the back of my neck and sideburns, which I came to enjoy when I used to get my hair cut in Boston.
So, when I got a flyer in the mail from Robert’s, saw his prices were competitive and he was close by, I emailed him to ask if he finished haircuts with a straight razor. Within an hour, Rob had responded with an affirmative, and I was there the next day.
It’s a tiny two-​chair shop that Rob runs by himself. Three small chairs are crammed into the front waiting area, a big bowl of candy is on the counter and there is a small TV in between the two barber chairs. Essentially, a pretty standard, classic barber shop.
I’ve been three times — twice for myself and once for my sons. Each time we’ve had to wait for him to finish with a customer, but not too long. One time was longer than the others because the customer was indulging in a full shave after the haircut. I didn’t mind because after seeing Rob deftly shave the gentleman, I knew I’d be in good hands.
I get a normal haircut — tapered short on the sides and back, a bit longer on top and parted on the side, but my hair is thick, so if it’s cut too short, it sticks up. Rob found a good compromise between too long and too short, and he blended in the sides and back perfectly. One of my sons has wavy hair and Rob did a great job on his too. My wife was happy with the result!
I like supporting Rob because he’s a brave young man striking out on his own, but also because he gives great haircuts at competitive prices.

Just moved to town, looking for a straightforward barber shop (and barber) that does a good job at a reasonable rate. Based on the reviews here I tried Robert’s. Glad I did. Got a cut on a Friday afternoon by Robert himself. Asked how I wanted it and listened closely. Careful in not going too short, and with all the details. Will definitely go back. It’s a small shop, and he doesn’t rush, so I’d call before heading in on the weekend or other normally busy time. He also said he makes appointments. Cash only, helps keep the price down.

Just moved to the area to be closer to Boston for a new job and was finding it difficult to find a professional barber that would not make me look like I just stepped off Megabus, departure Jersey Shore. After having my hair destroyed by another barber (well ranked on Unilocal.beware and read ALL REVIEWS) I decided to try this place out. Robert did a great job and I am pleased to say I will be going back again.

Good service and clean place and right in Natick center but not for Asian hair (thick and unyielding)

Walking home from a store and I spot a new Barber shop called Robert’s. It was good timing because I needed a haircut pretty bad, so I popped in and was immediately greeted by Rob whom explained he was new in town. Anyways I decided to get a cut here and his attention to detail was great, he made sure each area of my head was cut to my desire before moving on to the next spot, then finishing it up with a precise straight razor lineup and shave. In the end I was more then happy with my haircut, and I would highly recommend this shop to everyone in the area. Thanks again Rob!

I followed Rob to this place from his old location and totally dig it. A small, two chair shop with parking next door in the heart of Natick. The shop is clean, he’s a very friendly guy, and the man takes pride in what he does. And hey, grab a Jolly Rancher on the way out — great price, great service, great haircut.
