Starbucks

Slowest Starbucks ever!!! Here almost everyday. Takes forever!!! Nice people but who has 20min to get a coffee. Would love to see this improve.

The staff at this location is amazing, always pleasant and super sweet. I go every morning and afternoon and will not go to any other in the area. You guys are awesome

Route 9 terrifies me.
I know that’s a strange way to start a Unilocal review, but it’s the only way I can start to explain why this Starbucks is so awesome.
On a recent trip to California, I explained Route 9 to my best friend, a fellow native Californian, as «a two lane divided highway with no right turn lanes or parking lane, full of potholes, with businesses on either side, and a 50 MPH speed limit.»
She looked at me with wide eyes, full of disbelief and terror and general WTF.
I then explained that during the winter, when they’re plowing and trying to keep the roads clear, there are snow banks that line the side of the road. This past year, my first winter in over 12 years, those snow banks were ten plus feet high.
She keeps staring at me, trying to imagine what ten feet of snow piled on the side of the road would do. She whispers, «so you can’t see when you’re trying to leave the parking lot, or when someone is trying to pull out. And everyone is going fifty.»
I felt instantly vindicated.
I discovered this Starbucks after the snow melted, and I got my courage up and made it out to the Smartpak store on my lunch hour, because horse-​related needs are already trumping fear only three months into my lesson program.
THIS STARBUCKS IS AWESOME!

It’s a shack with a loooooong drive through. Nothing else.
You can’t go inside. You don’t have to smell the eggs they put in those stupid breakfast sandwiches. As another reviewer mentioned, you can stay in your car and listen to gangster rap, or in my case, Game of Thrones book three via

I’ve been there three or four times now, and at lunch, the line isn’t long, the service is whip-​quick, and they don’t f up my order. It’s fast fast fast, so before you know it, you’re negotiating a right back on to the terror show that is Route 9. Joy!

You know what is better than Starbucks?
A Starbucks where you don’t have to get out of your car!!! Where you can continue to listen to old school gangster rap, and don’t have to change out from your driving moccasins to your regular shoe just to enter their establishment.
The staff is always friendly, quick, and get your order correct!
They are very quick! Faster than your local «stand-​in-​line» Starbucks!

I stop at this Starbucks almost every day. My order is not complicated — green iced tea, no sweetener. Twice now they have gotten it wrong: 1) simple syrup added 2) lemonade added. Ugh! I don’t know what is so hard about putting tea in a cup with ice and a cover, But I am so annoyed that I will not be stopping there again! Ugh!

Drive-​thru only at this location. The staff does a good job of keeping the line moving — even during rush hour, with 8 cars in front of me, it’s only 5 minutes to order and receive my coffee. Despite any crowd, this is the fastest Starbucks I’ve been to.
One down-​side to this location is that you can’t return and «fix» your order. Twice I’ve received the wrong food/​sandwich, but sadly there’s no way to turn around and fix the order once you’ve left the parking lot and are driving down a one-​way street.

This is probably the best Starbucks in the area. My drinks are always well made and they are served by super friendly staff. Don’t be afraid if there is a long line because it moves fairly quickly.

They are always fast and friendly unlike most places in Madsachusetts.

Worst Starbucks I have ever been to… and I have been to them all over the world. Drive-​thru only. I went three times this week, hoping each time would be better. I know the coffee I like. They argued with me twice about what I was getting. JUST MAKE WHAT I SAY. Then each time it was wrong. Cream… means a drop so it is basically black. Don’t ask for a little sugar if you are getting a flavor they are confused. Then don’t ask for extra cream because you will get a gallon. My last time going there was today. I never have sworn into a drive thru speaker — but I have here.

Only open a week, and I’ve been here 4 times already. SO glad to finally have a drive-​thru nearby, especially when the weather is wet and cold. Service is fast, efficient and friendly. I LOVE that it’s here!
