Had a great experience! Staff was friendly and quick and they told me the cost up front for the installation fee ($ 5 seemed extremely reasonable!). I ended up getting an upgrade because they were out of my model and they only charged me what it would have been for my model.
I was a bit apprehensive after reading previous reviews, but I really needed my screen protector replaced so decided to chance it. Compared with other Zagg kiosks I’ve visited, this was my best experience yet.

Beware of this Zagg kiosk in the Natick Mall.
They are a rip off and they will not honor their agreements.
They trick you by not letting you know all the details upfront.
I had a zagg tempered glass installed and went there to get it replaced for $ 10 as per their warranty. I had removed the broken zagg glass at home and did not bring it with me for the replacement.
I had replaced my product at that very store and had also registered my product on their website. The refused to replace per their warranty and said that i had to bring the original broken one with me.
I told them that when i installed the product at their kiosk, the did not tell me that i had to bring the broken glass in, otherwise they will not replace it.
Their response was, «we assume you knew and it is not out problem»
This the the service they provide. They admitted to me that they did not tell me about bringing in the original glass, even though it was broken and basically blamed me for not asking about it when i purchased the product.
Horrible service, horrible manager and extremely rude workers
I went to the Cellairis store right next to them and got excellent service, very polite and explained everything upfront.
Beware of this Zagg location… they are like sleezy used car salesmen

***BEWARE*** They charge an «installation» fee. The staff is friendly and quick. Too bad they have to nickel and dime with this fee. It took about 30 seconds to install the protector and they charged $ 11. Let the buyer beware and use another store.

These are very nice people, but don’t buy from them. If you take home a keyboard and it doesn’t work, they won’t replace it, even if only a few days later. Instead, they will make you contact Zagg directly. You can buy the same things at stores that stand behind their products.
