I’m posting my review here, because Bose won’t let me post to their Facebook page. I currently own a pair of Bose QuietComfort 25 headphones. I’m writing this post today because I need help and I’m not really aware of any other avenues where I can vent my frustration. I have tried talking to your customer service reps on the phone and even though they have been very helpful, it has not solved my problem. I have had to swap my headphones twice in less than two weeks because of issues with the headphones. I bought the first pair of QuietComfort 25 headphones just over two months ago from Best Buy. They worked great for two months and then one fine day they just died. Bose customer care was kind enough to swap them for new ones because they were still under warranty. I then got the new ones in about two weeks after I spoke with them on the phone. I had used the second pair for less than a day when I started noticing weird problems with it. The noise canceling would stop when I tapped the headphones lightly or when I tried to adjust the headphones. If I was listening to music the music would stop as well. So I returned the second pair in less than two days of receiving it. Bose customer care was kind enough to swap them again for new ones(but this time I was charged a shipping fee even though I had received faulty equipment). I finally got the third pair today. I opened the box a few minutes ago and within less than five minutes of using it I have noticed the same problem happening again. The music/noise canceling stops when I lightly tap my headphones or when I move my head or try to adjust my headphones. I’m quite frustrated and have decided to make this post because I don’t want to call customer care and go through the swap process again(and who knows what and how much I will have to pay for this time). This is my first purchase from Bose and it has been a less than a pleasant experience. I paid close to $ 300 for these headphones, and have been quite underwhelmed. I’m hoping that the right people from Bose will read this and take some action. All I’m asking for is a pair of headphones that will just work as expected from a high quality and very expensive pair of headphones or refund me for the amount I paid for these headphones in exchange for the headphones(since I cannot take them back to Best Buy).

Called ahead to find out where they were located in the mall. The guy who answered politely told me where they were located and asked some inquiring questions on what we were looking for; he didn’t just try to rush off the phone. When we arrived we were greeted by a super friendly staff. We spent a lot of time asking questions the sales guy was happy to answer. Not once did he try to hard sell us on the product we were looking at. He answered our questions and gave us space so we could talk it over and make a decision. We were happy to buy a WaveTouch wireless and can’t wait to use it. Great experience with a great staff!

This location is pretty good. It is all the way at the end of the wing near Nordstrom, so its a walk to get to depending on where you park. The staff here is really helpful and provide a great experience with the products. The demo’s that they have are also really cool. The Samsung TV’s that they have on display are amazing. It’s definitely a must try. As far as the products, It’s Bose. So you know that the products are high quality and will last you a long time. I do find that the store is a little small/cramped, but overall, its great.
