Been a fan of Greg Lagunas talents for quite some years now. He has evolved into one of San Diegos best tattoo artist with his hard work, talent, great costumer service, professionalism, and easy going attitude. I would recommend him to any one looking for a small tatt, script, or large detailed intricate work. He is also available for walk ins or will immediately schedule you in asap. He has done wonders for my cover ups and we have also collaborated to come up with great art that we both enjoy. So if you want someone to work with at reasonable prices hit him up. He doesn’t over price his work like others do. Even tho his talent would speak other words(prices)!

Greg is an awesome artist! We came without an appointment. They called Greg to come in to fix my tattoo, do my wife’s and her sister’s tattoo. They all came out great!!! When we come down from Vegas to visit family and I feel the need to be inked, I’ll be calling Greg for sure!!!

Walked in here for a tattoo, and was helped right away. Good service, although I feel as if it’s over priced but I don’t mind much because I’m happy with my tat

This place was so worth it. Greg Laguna is a genius at his art and I’m definitely going back to him for some more tattoos. I had found out about this tattoo parlor from walking the Westfield Plaza Bonita Mall. So one day, I went in to inquire about it and got Greg’s card from the girl at the front counter. I had emailed him what I wanted, and he got back to me the very same day. He was very reasonable with the price and the type of tattoo that I wanted. I ended up spending 350 for the full tattoo which I posted of a pic of and it was so worth it. Being disappointed from a previous location, it was a breath of fresh air to know that there was a tattoo parlor that actually cared! Next step will be my right shoulder/arm. This place is awesome!!!

I just came in earlier today with my sister to get her an 18th birthday piercing and decided to get one for myself as well. The woman at the front was really friendly and helpful when I first made a call and when we had arrived, so I appreciated that. I would have never expected there being a back room in the store for tattoos and piercings but to my surprise it was a good size and it looked like a shop. Ian, the piercer came to us introduced himself and asked us what we were looking to get, answered any questions we had and gave us suggestions on jewelry. My sister went up first and she got her nose pierced, she was very nervous but Ian was really great in talking to her and making her feel at ease; the piercing went well, looked really good and my sister was really happy with it. Next, it was my turn to get my daith piercing and I didn’t feel a thing, literally it was the easiest piercing I’ve ever had, there was no struggle to get through the cartilage from my experience and no pain while putting in the jewelry; i’m very happy with it. Ian was super friendly and open, and I always look for that in people I go to for a service and it leaves a great impression on the whole company. Definitely recommend coming here for a piercing!

With NOONE in the store or piercing/tattoo room, we had to wait 45 minutes to see someone to put in my sister’s lip piercing(she turned 18, this was the big gift). Ian(the guy performing the piercing) finished the piercing in about two minutes and no after-care instructions were given besides a pitch from the sales clerk on how to use THEIR overpriced solution. My sister did everything she possibly could to care for this piercing because she knew lip rings were tough — I wish she took even half the initiative on her chores as she did with caring for this lip ring. Three and a half weeks later she removed the piercing and it closed up within 30 minutes. OK, maybe she is just quick to heal… except the first two times we went to try and get her in for a re-piercing(there were 3 people in the tattoo area so the wait was 2+ hours) he quoted her $ 10 and then wasn’t there. Our bad for not making an appointment. The next day she tried to set one up and he tells her it will be $ 30 for a re-piercing — hooking her up for $ 10 since she still has the old jewelry, it should be $ 40 apparently. Thanks pal. Truth is I don’t personally have a lot of piercings but I am a tattoo girl and if you do a bad job on a tat, you should eat the cost of the replacement equipment(Though I make the tip worth it because everyone’s gotta eat). I would hope the same logic applies for piercings but I can guarantee it does not at this place. Follow others’ advice and go somewhere with real body mod artists, you won’t find them here.

This place is TERRIBLE and gives the body modification community a bad, BAD name. Pay a few extra dollars and go to a REAL piercing shop, like Enigma, where they actually care about the clients and not just the money. Before I begin my rant, let me start by saying that I have been modifying my body for several years now and have gotten to learn so much about the industry and the art itself. Correct methods and terminology, what brands to wear/avoid, etc. I wouldn’t say I’m a «snob», but I take this part of my life very seriously and do not tolerate people making light of this art form. That being said, I am very upset to see that this place has been in business for so long in a mall with teenagers who are obsessed with getting cheap piercings and tattoos. The first red flag went up when I walked into this shop and saw clothing racks all over the place with neo-Ed Hardy shirts. But I put that aside and went up to the counter with my sister who wanted to get a septum piercing. I wanted to make sure this place was legit and all that good stuff before they stabbed my sister through the nose, so I took a second to ask about the jewelry used in piercings. I specifically asked the guy at the counter, «Do you guys use implant grade metals?» and instead of giving me an answer, this dickwad gave me major attitude and said«What are you, a jeweler or something?» His facial expression upon asking me this was equivalent to «Why don’t you mind your own business, little girl?». As if I wasn’t wearing $ 300 – 400 worth of high quality metals in my face at the time, and as if I didn’t have the right to know as a potential customer. So he ended up calling over another employee of this«piercing shop» to give me an answer. A woman came over and I asked her«Which brands of jewelry does the piercer use?» and though she wasn’t completely rude to me like that other guy, she had such a difficult time giving me an answer. She ran back and forth from the«piercer» to me and after the last run she gave me a super vague answer. After these two encounters, I told my sister that she should go to a better shop to get her septum pierced. But it was ultimately up to her, and she chose to get a $ 45 septum piercing. I went into the piercing room with her just to see how everything was set up, and I saw Anatometal posters in there, which was such a relief considering they are a high quality jewelry manufacturer. I stupidly let these posters lead me to believe that this place was okay, and at the end of the day my sister had a circular barbell in her septum. Fast forward to this evening, I get a text message from my sister saying she lost a bead to her jewelry and wanted to see if I had a spare. To get a better idea of what kind she’d need I had her send me a close up of her septum and surprise surprise, she has been wearing externally threaded jewelry. Externally threaded = low quality, high nickel content, made in a third world sweat shop for $ 0.10. So not only were the people in this shop rude and had no clue what they were talking about(the piercer didn’t even give any aftercare info, just went onto the next $ 45), but they lie to their clients and falsely advertise the use of high quality jewelry. If you care about the body modification industry/community, you would avoid hack job shops like this.

This place is definitely one of the best tattoo shops I’ve been too. Always a little skeptical about going to new artists but Patrick was definitely the best! He took the pic of the tattoo I wanted and transformed it into something amazing! Gave good advice on tattoo care as well. Definitely going back.

These guys were awesome! My sister and I came in for a last minute nose piercing on Black Friday and everyone was super nice and helpful! We had to wait a long time for the guy to pierce us but we just walked around the mall and people watched and he gave us a break on the price so that made it totally worth it. The piercing was practically painless and it was a lot of fun!

It was very clean and professional. I was a little skeptical at first because I never been to an tattoo parlor inside of a mall. Im from the east coast and there’s none of those in the malls in florida. Anyway. Antonio tatted me up and he was professional the whole time. Pricing was good and he did a great job! Would definitely go back again.

If your looking for a high quality tattoo Artist I suggest Nancy! She is the best by far! Not only did she tattoo my 2nd daughters portrait, she touched up my first daughters portrait on my husbands arm and captured every bit of detail on both of my daughters. she’s also added some beautiful roses that look dementional for fillers. I just love looking at this masterpiece everyday! I recommend Nancy 100%.
