My mom is 66 and was taken advantage of. She calls me to ask if I wanted one of her «free tablets» that she got for buying an iPhone «all I had to do was pay for the tax!» Obviously skeptical, I called customer service and lo and behold she was paying $ 20/​month for a plan for the tablets. Additionally, she was being charged for 2 lines.
Very simple fix, right? Wrong.
I went to the store and Jaime was annoying. «Like I told your mom…» but I insisted he show me the allocation of the bill (oh and my favorite quote «really 611 said we have bad customer service? tell me why we have a 95% on Unilocal» HA try 1 star!) Once we got the bill up, HE WAS WRONG and really she was getting a discount? 28% off of $ 30? WOW. So I asked him to print the bill and he says «We don’t do that here» WTH?! The fix should be easy right? Return the tablets, waive the restocking fee bc THEY LIED that it was free and only keep the iphone line. NOPE. Only a manager can do that. ALSO the employees didn’t know I spoke spanish and IN SPANISH they were talking about our account, RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME.
I call the next day and the manager (MIGUEL) tells me he’ll get to the bottom of it. Next day, no call, so I call back. He’s at lunch. Call an hour later. He’s in a meeting. Call 30+ times with a blocked # and my # and NO ANSWER.
This is the BEST PART about this shady establishment. I call my husband and ask him to 3 way to see if they’re avoiding my call. WITHIN 2 RINGS THEY PICK UP THE PHONE.
You’re d-​mn right I flew off the handle. They denied having caller ID, Miguel told me he didn’t have to take my disrespect (DO YOUR DAMN JOB) and then when I told him I needed to come in and see him he said «I’m not here 24/​7, I don’t have to tell you my schedule» WTF? Really? BC ONLY A MANAGER CAN TAKE CARE OF MY MOM’S ACCOUNT.
Inevitably my sister went in to take care of the cancellation bc we didn’t want to deal with them AT ALL anymore. AND THERE’S EVEN MORE IDIOCY IN THAT INCIDENT (they made her come back TWICE to make a «manager» take care of it and inevitably she didn’t need the manager!)
We wanted TO STAY WITH AT&T IDIOTS. But bc of your terrible service, my mom is on SPRINT with me now.
MIGUEL, JAIME and Jordan and Arlene that sold my mom a phone that didn’t need that much data, that dumb screen and all the other features that were unnecessary, I will do everything in my power to report you to the BBB and anyone else above you.
YOUR ESTABLISHMENT NEEDS A COMPLETE OVERHAUL. If that means retraining you all to have some semblance of customer service, so be it (no one has to lose their livelihood for being a dumb dumb).

The employees here are absolutely incompetent and clueless. Nobody greeted me. I came to ask if they could check an imei for a phone to see if it’s usable and they couldn’t do that. The employee was slow to react, maybe she was new, and the manager just stared blankly at me. Such a simple task that couldn’t even be done.

Horrible service. Incompetent employees. Liars. Gave them my phone. Was suppose to get trade in credit. Been back 5 times. No credit just lies, confusion.

Worst mistake ever!!!
When the iphone 6 came out my husband decided to go to this retail store to get his phone. He walked in and Miguel help him. Miguel offered my husband a great deal, you get an 128GB phone with a free ipad mini, too good to be true right. You just have to change your plan instead of being unlimited on everything now you will have a limit usage data, not that bad, but hey you get a FREE ipad. Well that offer was a joke and a lie. My husband gets the At&t bill, and guess what they are charging him for the ipad mini, yes $ 50.00 monthly payment for 15 month, are you kidding me!!!
To make worst matter, we try to return the ipad mini (rather buy it somewhere else) we aren’t paying that much for that ipad, but we couldn’t return it because it was pass the 15 days after we purchase it. Are you kidding??? Our monthly bill comes every month not every 15 days, how were we suppose to know that we are being charge for it when originally it was going to be free!
The manager was no help at all, wouldn’t take responsibility for the mistake that was done at this store by one of his employees. Such a nightmare, we were there on Saturday for 2+ hours trying to talk to customer service using our own phone at the store.
Such a bad experience, never coming back.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING TO THIS LOCATION!!! This location is an authorized retailer, you are better off going to the corporate locations, at least they know what’s going on and what they have in stock!!.
First they lied about when we were going to receive a phone we ordered for my dad, we got it a week later.
On the 12^th of September I made an appointment to preorder the iPhone 6 plus with Mikey (Miguel whatever his name is they always change it) and I ordered the phone. He didn’t give me a receipt, I expect to receive some kind of proof when I make a big purchase. When I asked him about the receipt he said I would receive it by email. The next day I called the store and spoke to him about my receipt since I never received it. He said it will come with my phone on Friday the 19^th.
I called customer service two days later so they can check my order status and they told me they had ordered me two phones! The day I went in and the next day! I called them immediately and they didn’t bother to hear what I had to say, so I called again later that day and they couldn’t even see my order on their computer when I gave them my phone number!!! They said there was no order placed with them!!! And assured me that there was only one phone, luckily I received a tracking number the next day. It said it would arrive on Friday.
Well I went in today after work, waited the half hour in line just to find out that he ordered me the wrong phone! There was nothing he could do according to him. He told us we had to go to another AT&T and exchange it. No AT&T has that phone in stock and we are going to have to wait till November!!!
It was his mistake and IM the one that has to find a solution because he can’t do his job!!! After that roller coaster they made me go through and they can’t even fix it?!!

AT&T is verry bad. Dont ever use this service. My phone broke and they said I had a choice of picking either a nokia lumia 920 or 520 and i said 920 and they sold out and i have to get a crappy 520 nokia phone that runs on 3g not on 4g i hate at&t and it turns out i cant get a upgrade until a year and a half. It sucks.

Totally unscrupulous dealings. Taking Advantage of Seniors. We went in to upgrade our phones after the two year contract was over. When I told the young man, I said «point me to phones that are available. for upgrade» «Bear in mind we do not search the internet, we only talk and I only do an occasional text. He showed us the Samsung Galaxy S3 mini. I loved the numbers which were large and texting my son would be easier. After a 2 year bill of about 75.00 per month. I received a bill last nigh based on the new phones. $ 282.30, I almost lost my tongue. I immediately called 611 to get my customer service. She saw that nothing about data packages, and ½ a dozen other charges were added. I explained to him that if he looked at our bills going bac 2 years he will see 450 minutes shared, Text on my phone and Text block on my husband’s phone They realized the phones were misrepresented. Even the Sales man knew we did noy know how to use these Smart Phones. The final deal, after talkingto AT&T directly, They took all the added plan, protection and down payments for the salesman’s off our bill. The end result is $ 100.00 + tax for both smart phones, unlimited messaging and mobile to mobile for a couple who uses 400 minutes a month if we are lucky and sends about 10 texts. Since the AT&T Company has no control over these franchises, they still realized we are 8 year customers. I was very mellow when talking to him, Had the store been open I would have cracked Mr. Morales in the head. I love the phones, they are easier to read, and although I have had a stroke, it is easier to send a message to me son. I take issue with an unscrupulous salesman who took advantage of 2 Senior citizens, Asking fro a payment of the Tax, which we did. I am so thrilled with AT&T itself, they knew this franchise did me very wrong.
I was going to go there and raise hell, but, high blood pressure and strokes is like oil and water. Just a word to the wise, don’t use an AT&T store, I was told that doing this at WalMart would have saved me a possible 5^th stroke. We were totally taken advantage of based on our ignorance of these Smart Phones. Nothing about anything I was billed fro was explained, He was anxious to get us out, it was his lunch time. Have they no concept of customer Service? I have already brought up this data with neighbors and my congregation. I hope they change, if not, I will continue to wage this war, via AARP and the BBB.
