Jamba Juice

Rude service. We ordered an all veggie juice no fruit and they were confused as to what that is. I mean is this place not called Jamba Juice? They gave us all carrot juice. Had the guy in the front asked a little more questions as to what we would like to have in our drink we wouldn’t have wasted their carrot juice. When we stated that it was not the correct drink the whole team became bitter towards us. We asked them to correct it and they said that the Machine broke. Really?! What liars. We asked to speak to the «manager» Josh and he took no ownership on the issue. Train the guy in the front with his chewing gum and lack of customer service skills. We could care less about the free coupon they gave us. All we wanted was a little respect on the issue. If only Starbucks made veggie juice!

Let me say that JP is by far the rudest young man I have ever came across. When we approached initially we could see that it was very busy. After a few moments we asked if someone would be helping us soon and JP answered with the utmost condescending tone «we’ll help you when we can» and continued to smirk while rolling his eyes! Not to mention there were five associates behind the counter he finally approached us to take our order and was at this point from what I could tell annoyed with his job and the fact that he had to assist us.

It’d be nice if the employees moved with a sense of urgency. 12ish minutes for my drink when I’m the only customer, seems kind of off…

I’ve been to this location 3 separate times over the last few months m and each time has been progressively worse than the time before.
First time was given the wrong item.
Second & third time drinks we made out of order and my toddler and I had an extra long wait.
Normally the wait is not horrible but this last time was pretty bad. Not only did we have two orders served that were ordered after our order but also I was not offered any apology from the employees. Only a «yours is next» answer.
If you’ve ever had to wait in line with a 3 year old toddler you know that time passes slowly.
Speaking of moving slowly … none of employees moved with any sense of urgency.
It’s a shame because this is one of the only locations near my home.

Came to Jamba Juice inside the Plaza Bonita mall up on the second floor at the food court. Centered right in the middle.
I got Caribbean passion fruit smoothie. I got a large because I was hot and thirsty. With this heat we have been having, we find ways to cool off so coming to an indoor mall was perfect!
My drink contained passion fruit, mango and orange. I could taste these distinct flavors together. It was so delicious and smooth as I kept taking a sip of my smoothie. It hit the spot! Recharged and ready to walk around the mall again.
My daughter gets a raspberry strawberry smoothie. She didn’t care too much for it because of the tart the raspberries had in the drink. We ended up tossing it. What a waste of money. I hate wasting drinks especially when you paid for it. My daughter even told us to throw it away cause she didn’t like it. I even tasted it and it was too tart for me to drink. Kind of the taste when you drink a sour lemonade.
The line was so long, but the workers were busting their butts to make everyone’s drink. We ended up waiting for about 10 minutes. Not too bad. I will be back to try other flavors. Yum!

20 minute wait just to order!!! Spent about just 30 minutes at Jamba Juice for just 1 medium smoothie.

Service is good friendly and fast everytime I go. My smoothies are always a good consistency. Great location also being that its in a mall.

Worst customer service ever experienced tonight. Took them 15 minutes to make my order. I literally watched them cleaned and restocked before making my energy bowl. And then when another customer came up, the BIG Hispanic server stopped in the middle of making my order to assist her when there was two other servers who could have assisted the customer. Again WORST experience at this establishment!

Received the best service from JP today. All employees should be taught by him on how to satisfy customers and generate smiles. This experience has changed my view on jamba employees. Awesome guy, made my day.

The only words I have for Jamba Juice is that the Strawberries Wild is phenomenal every single time I get it!
This location is what is super great! Being inside of the mall is so convenient, especially for a shopper like me who is quick on the go and wants something refreshing to sip on!!!
I love Jamba Juice and they never fail me no matter the location!

I only go here whenever I’m in the mood for a post workout bowl/​smoothie after I leave Crunch Gym. I find that regardless of whether or not there’s a line, I have to wait a good while JUST to order AND to get my order. I’m a pretty patient person, but it’s really annoying when I see somebody who ordered AFTER me get their drink first. This has happened several times, even when I’m with my sister and she’s ordering, there’s a wait. Oh and the last time I was there, they forgot to refill their napkin dispenser and the girl working the counter grabbed their napkins next to their sink and gave those to me instead. UGH!

Best place to go to when your not craving soda, coffee, chamangoes, or the somewhat artificially flavored smoothies served at orange Julius just a few steps away. My favorites are all the (white, blue, and red) gummy line, strawberry surf rider, orange dream machine, and strawberry whirl. Also the Belgian waffles are pretty good too.

Out of the half dozen times we’ve been to this JJ, we’ve had the same cashier, She’s helpful and perky! Our drinks are always made fairly quick and without any issues.

We were sent an online coupon directly from Jamba Juice and went to this location to use it and JANELLE told us that we had to print it out and submit it to them to use it. But in the email it CLEARLY STATES that we only have to present the email on our mobile device because they have scannable bar codes that the cashier need only scan to redeem.
So I call the eastlake Jamba Juice location after being rejected by JANELLE to clarify the situation and was told by the shift lead that all the cashier had to do at the plaza bonita location was READ the coupon to realize that all she had to do was scan it.
We got in contact with the shift lead at the plaza bonita location and he apologized for JANELLE’S IGNORANCE AND POOR OBSERVATION SKILLS. Will be taking this to corporate not just because we didn’t get to use the coupon that was sent to us by Jamba Juice themselves but because they wasted our time, gas and she did not even try to help us.

Good place to grab a drink right before the movie! Few weeks ago I ordered white gummy with whey, but it had about two inch gap between the lid and the smoothie :(I was a bit sad, but oh wells! Still tastes good. Today, I got the same drink & it was filled to the top! YEPPIE:)

Went here while we were shopping. Needed something to tied me over until I could go eat. I’m on a strict diet being pregnant and I loved that they have ALL FRUIT smoothie. It really helped. The gentleman who made my drink & helped me was very kind and had great customer service. He was a young tall kid and I think his name was Merkel? I could be spelling it wrong.

Jamba juice rocks! But the ppl here tend to work at a sssslooooow pace.

It’s smoothie time!!! A great anytime treat…
My family and I just finish having dinner and wanted a little dessert/​treat afterward. We ventured up to the food court and to our delight there was one of my daughter’s favorite spots.
As normal, we ordered three of our family favorites smoothies:
Strawberry Wild
Apple strawberry juice blend, non-​fat vanilla (frozen) yogurt, frozen strawberries, frozen bananas, and ice
Oh so refreshing on a warm summer’s night!
Jamba Juice is located on the 2^nd floor in the mall’s food court between the top of the escalators (next to Target) and the AMC movie theater.
The line was quick. The service was prompt and efficient (I think they have a system). The workers were friendly, fun, and delightful. [Happy workers = Happy customers… Or was that a cow that said that?] Overall, the store was clean and fully stocked with healthy yummy treats. [to my daughter: no, sweetheart put that back… you just ate.]
There are many places around the area to sit (shared with the rest of the food court neighbors). But of course, we enjoyed our treats at Barnes & Noble… But unlike our sister Unilocaler, Shayne, we didn’t stay 5 hours. Holla!
