The service was great as always here at subway. But everything changed when the fire nation attacked. By that I mean that their food was too hot for my standards. I asked for my Italian bread LIGHTLY toasted, not set ablaze in pit of molten lava. My mouth burned the entire meal through. The whole foot long got burned. I was very unsatisfied with the food today.

I usually love Subway. But this one had fruit flies hovering all over the veggies and meat and the employees acted like it was nothing when I mentioned it. This might not necessarily be their fault since they are located in the food court of the mall and the flies may be coming through somewhere else. But I didn’t like the fact that the response I got was, «Oh yeah, they are just fruit flies.» :-O Ummm… Yeah I know that’s why I mentioned it. :-/And what are you going to do about it???

Each subway is a hit or miss. I had the flatizza and I was in love. Unfortunately I ordered the same a 2nd time and it wasn’t made with love so it tasted blah! As far as this subway, you have a new person working everyday. I have yet to see an employee twice and they always have a sign that says now hiring. The wait is usually 15 min average to get helped.

SUCKSSOBAD ! because this place is inside of the mall, workers come and go like crazy. when I got my sandwich the asian lady kept yelling at her employees and they looked at me like they hated it. I even heard some attitude from the cashier. I got a chicken breast and I don’t know what they did to it but it was tough, chewy, and partially inedible. the cashier didn’t even ask if I wanted it to go and ran away as soon as I paid, as he was running I asked for a bag and he just looked at me, and I had to repeat myself has he was reluctant to do so. I don’t care where I have to go to get a sandwich somewhere else but I don’t care this was the worst subway ever and it was totally gross.

The lady making the sandwich for my gf was absolutely rude. It was a simple order and she was speaking PROPER english and yet the dummy had a problem understanding her. Seriously if you can’t understand our nation’s language do not get a job that requires basic verbal communication and DONOT make it as if we’re in the wrong. Service here is pure and utter crap. The food is what it is… a sandwich. It’s no different than any other subway, but the service is what makes this unfortunately unique.

It’s a subway, so nothing to exciting. I always get the sweet onion chicken teriyaki, same as every other subway. Line was ridiculously long, so it took me forever to get my food.

I come here often to order sandwiches. On lunch rushes it can be a bit of a wait but for the most part its not too bad. The parking can be a bit of a hassle as there’s a gym and a Thai spot here too so they can sort of hog up spaces. The food is typical Subway. Employees are pretty solid and have so far not really given me anything to complain of. Three stars is as high as I will go for a Subway because its a Subway.

Worst Subway in SD! Workers look like they don’t want to be there, they barely put any vegetables!

I come here often and go to many subways all over the U.S.. I think this one in particular is run very well. Yes, the employees aren’t overly annoying with fake pleasantness and won’t try to up sell you with every single thing. I find that a huge bonus. I’m amazed after reading the reviews that people like the fakeness. I want my flippin sandwhich and that’s it.

This was the most terrible experience I have ever had with any restaurant. I ordered two sandwiches and paid for both. The clerk gave me one sandwich and I left thinking two sandwiches were in the bag. When I got home and discovered the error, I called Subway right away. The clerk answered and said she gave me two sandwiches, and both were in front of me, but it was my fault for walking off and not taking both. No apology, just a defensive response. Horrible customer service. The worst I have experienced in a very long time. I will NEVER visit a Subway again. It used to be one of my favorites, but this was just absolutely poor service!

A veggie sandwich toasted on the honey wheat bread, add some honey mustard and some cheese, and you have yourself a a tasty little afternoon treat. Friendly staff and the line moved quickly. Also, on a side note… They serve Barg’s root beer!!!
