U S Save Auto and Rentals

I wish I had never bought my truck here! Has a salvage title, but I told the hubby that I didn’t care… I WISH I HAD SAID NO! The truck is actually in great condition. Small MINOR issues, nothing big or important. But the truck was supposed to be fixed the day after I bought it, which was a Friday. Then I was told he didn’t make the appointment until the FOLLOWING WEDNESDAY! Fine. Low and behold it’s Wednesday. I bring the truck back, and he says he’ll call when it’s done. Shouldn’t take more than 3 – 4 hours. Fine. No call no nothing. Now it’s thursday, and hubby called and the guy told him that they only did the smog yesterday! Not fixing the seat like they were supposed to! And it MAY be finished by 4 today. I’m getting UBER pissed! If I can’t get the damned title fixed, I’m gonna scream.

Buyer beware! Proceed with caution!
I purchased a vehicle from this location only to find that the vehicle had a salvage title due to a major accident. I am in the process of trying to get my money back and return the vehicle, but have had no luck yet whatsoever.
Please learn from my mistake, and be sure to run a Carfax on any vehicle prior to purchasing, no matter what anyone tells you!
