Adrianna’s Brick Oven Pizza

Ordered pizza and a calzone and was advised the order would arrive in 45 – 60 minutes. 1.5 hours later, when our food had not arrived, I called and was assured the driver was on his way. When the food finally came 10 – 15 minutes later, the calzone was completely burnt. No apology or discount. I called to request a refund just on the calzone, and they agreed after initially stating I would have to return it (I told them they were welcome to come get it as I had no intention of eating it, but they ultimately declined). I will never order there again.

This place has decent pizza but I just ordered an x-​tra large cheese pizza and the dough was obviously stale, I have ordered from here 2 – 3 times a month for the last 3 months so I know what their pizza tastes like, and tonight was not their best night. So my wife called to let them know, and they didn’t even offer to make us another one, all they said was our dough isn’t stale we make it fresh every day, so I guess they made a shitty batch of dough today. Either way we won’t be ordering from them again, there are enough other decent pizza places in Naugy that APPRECIATE their customers.

this is an update to my last review because i only gave them four stars last time and that was only my initial impression after ordering two or three times.
now that i call these guys almost weekly… it just keeps getting better. i’ve ordered from them about a dozen times by now, and i can’t think of one complaint. i mean they delivered TOO FAST once. that’s like saying your food is too delicious.
anyone complaining about these guys is just your regular whine ass who only comes on Unilocal to nuke the three or four people who didn’t give them free stuff.
i will order from here because they are fresh, fast, delicious, low cost, and local. you can’t find better in the pizza bizz.
i went into more details on my initial review (not sure why Unilocal deletes the old one when you update your reviews) so i’ll just go over a couple more… their mozzarella sticks are great, their grinders are great, (make sure you specify how you want them, otherwise they put lettuce, tomato, mayo, and toast it no matter what) their pizza is great, their grilled chicken is great, my gf loves their salads, i mean how can you go wrong ordering from this place?

Ordered baked ziti and it tasted sour. Called and asked if I could have something else instead and got a huge attitude from the people who work there. Went down to show what was given and had them smell and it taste it. They were refusing to make something else. They just wanted to take my name and number to have the owner call. I asked for the owners name and was refused again. They said I could order something else but I had to pay for it.
I would not recommend this place due to the fact of the unprofessional attitude of their employees.
If you order something from a restaurant and it tastes sour you should automatically be offered something to make it right.
I should not have had to go down to the establishment and have to actually argue for something else.

Pizza delivery over 30 minutes late, because they had to deliver to Middlebury first. Why not drop ours off on the way out of town? Warm at best by the time it got here.

I’ve had pizza in 4 other pizza places in Naugatuck and hands down the best pizza in town. Their wings are good too

Fantastic sicilian pizzas if you specify them. I was not impressed with their calzones or grinders. We do order pizza from them frequently.

Buffalo chicken was spicy. Came with kens blue cheese packet.
Timely delivery. Solid crust. Sauce ok. Overall good value.
Would order again.

Adrianna’s is hands down the best pizza in Naugatuck!!! We have never had a bad pizza and the staff is always so nice!!!

The food here is very good, but if you’re going to order, choose pick-​up instead of delivery. We had one incident where the cheese and toppings slid completely off our pizza, another incident where they sent the wrong kind of calzone, and most recently, we ordered dinners and they forgot our salads. Our experience with Adrianna’s is otherwise a pleasure.

This is one of the best pizza places in the Naugatuck/​Waterbury area, and its prices are VERY reasonable! It’s not just the pizza that makes this place great, but their Delicious calzones and grinders as well!!! Definitely a must try!
