Overall it’s not a terrible Dunkin — which says a lot because I really hate their coffee but drink it because there’s really no other alternative around here on my way to work. They haven’t screwed up my order and have mastered the art of not burning the iced coffee.(The Dunkin that is by where I work has probably the worst coffee ever.) As mentioned by others, the drive thru is usually a zoo, but they do move on the quick side, although whoever designed it should be shot. Several mornings you get people who think they’re being slick cutting over from behind CVS to cut in line. I’m surprised caffeine-deprived brawls haven’t broken out over this. I’m in a line 5 cars deep and you’re gonna cut off 3 of them? May you rot in hell. A lot of the time there’s nobody inside and you can get in and out quicker that way, so that’s what I do, just to avoid the drive thru rage.

This drive thru is always packed. The first time I went, I thought I would never get to work on time but the line moves very quickly. The staff are extremely pleasant and in a whole year of going at least 3 mornings a week, I have only gotten an incorrect order once. I’m pretty happy with those odds!

I have gone to this Dunkin a little over a handful of times. Big Y and the Dollar Store are across the street, so it’s really convenient. I also get great coffee and food from this location, but I had to doc a star for customer service. I’ve never felt very welcomed through the drive-thru and the service is rather slow, even when there are not that many cars. There is a very young crew who works here and at other locations they are very nice and ready with a genuine hello. I almost feel like I’m interupting their teeny-bopper chat when I come.
