The Service here is generally ok! There is 1 associate that seems unhappy anytime I walk in! Once I asked her to plz stir my iced coffee that had whip cream on top! I guess she felt insulated so she poured it out and made a new one! Was that necessary? Common sense says it wasn’t! Then after waiting several minutes I asked about my hash browns seeing that none was near the ovens she told the other cashier she doesn’t make food her station is coffee only! How about telling someone hash browns were on order? That may have helped?!? I believe her names Miriam and she’s really lousy at Customer Service!

This location must have the best training around for their staff. During the busiest time in the morning they are moving & don’t miss a beat! Although the line can get long the manager always jumps in & gets the line moving. I tend to like D&Ds with a drive thru but this locations parking is usually pretty good & they are fast!

It’s conveniently located right up the street from my house. I have only had one semi-okay experience and the rest have been good. I actually park in the CVS lot since they have much more parking and just walk over. I haven’t gone a lot this winter due to the snow but a trip is in store soon.

Very clean for a D’n“D. Always more than 1 person on staff which is more than I can say about other locations. Parking lot is a nightmare! It is hard to get in and out of and hard to find a spot to park without walking far from the outlet. Food is just as good as any other dunkin. Coffee was fresh the 2 times I ordered it from here. They were out of bagels at 6pm which I found insanely unusual, but these things happen and the croissant was just as good. Bathrooms are very clean for a D’n’D. Aside from the horrible parking and impossible to get out of entrance/exit, this is the best D’n’D I have been to in Waterbury.
