I asked the crew member who was making my coffee to melt the sugar, which means you stir the sugar in with hot coffee first before you add cream, flavors, etc. so the sugar isn’t sitting at the bottom of your cup; I worked at DD for 4 years, it’s actually quite common for people to ask. For some reason that is beyond my grasp, instead of using coffee to melt the sugar, he used water. I commented saying that the correct way is to use coffee and his response was, «Oh, forreal?» They cleary aren’t being trained properly if even for a second he thought it was a good idea to put water in my coffee.

Probably one of the better and cleaner Dunkin Donuts in Waterbury. Located on the main strip between Waterbury and Watertown and close to the highway, this dunkin has a spacious sitting area as well as a fast and efficient drive through. Nothing can be said about the food and drink; if you tried one you tried them all. Great for any time of the day.

This place is really comfortable to sit and talk a few private areas with leather seating! This place I believe is new so it wasn’t crowded. But it is 4:00 in the afternoon. :(Kevin was my server he was really nice. And Markesha, kept the place really clean. Thumbs up to those two! I tried the pretzel chicken honey mustard sandwich which was nice a soft pretzel bread and chicken that was just as big as the bread! Chicken does have a lot of breading on it where it almost overwhelms the sandwich. Not bad though! The hash browns are cheaper here than all the other DD’s. .79 cents vs. .99 cents. The coffee tasted nice and fresh! I’ll definitely come back here!
