For the most part, very helpful and friendly staff. Good quality products. I normally resist going to a chain, but on occasion I’ve needed exactly what they offered and took advantage of it. In the end, they produced quality results at a pretty decent price (with the 50% discount promotion).

Over the 5 years I’ve worked them for framing, they have been consistently wonderful. They have a good variety of frames and mats, a good eye, and an old school (aka, fabulous!) brand of customer service — they’re truly not done until you are satisfied.
Things that have been notably wonderful:
— My first frame job was large and weird, they were excited about the project, not disgruntled.
— My first time framing anything I was nervous and afraid to suggest changes, they were open and encouraging and good at making recommendations without shoving them down my throat.
— They are prompt (2 weeks to do the work, guaranteed)
— They will fix anything wrong AND anything you don’t like
— They go the extra mile for you, especially when you’re a regular customer.
