Crosby Jewelers has been a staple in the Needham community for ages. If you live in Needham and need any jewelry or watch adjustments or anything related to the subject, this is the place to go.
When you walk in you are politely greeted (EVERYTIME) and it is immediately made clear that whatever Jewelry problem you have will be worked on and solved in a timely manner by an extremely knowledgable staff.

I am the 3^rd of 4 generations of loyal Crosby’s customers. I cannot say enough about the level of attention to detail and personal service I have always received. From the owners to the staff I cannot say enough about Crosby’s service and expertise. That customer service is not exclusive for high rollers, I was treated with the same dignity and respect as a teenager that I am now as an adult. I have always and will continue to be a loyal customer. There is no one else I would trust with our family jewelry.

Came here, to Crosby Jewelers today, September 14, 2015 to get a TON of watch batteries replaced, something I’ve been meaning to do for AGES.
This small little shop is in Needham Center, on Highland Avenue, between to Walgreens & Lizzy’s. And today, was PERFECT.
The guy was very knowledgable about all of the jewelry, as well as being friendly. He also go all of my watches done in LESS than 5 MINUTES! WOW. Fasted watch-wait ever! :)
And he set them all to the right time & date. So grateful.
Definitely will be returning here for watch batteries. Highly suggested.

I have been going to Crosbys all my life. My family grew up with the owner in Needham. They have the most beautiful jewelry. Everyone that works there is honest and trustworthy. It was a very exciting day to go and pick out my engagement ring. They find the most beautiful stones and make the experience special and memoriable. Thank you for a two decades of great customer service and beautiful jewelry.

Crosby is alright by me. I took two watches in to be repaired and they fixed both of them (one needed really craftsman-like repair on the band). Pricing was incredibly reasonable and the people who work there are very pleasant, helpful and un-pushy.
I ended up going back for an anniversary present and again received great service.
