Now I know why everyone speaks so highly of Segaloff’s Jewelers. Bernie worked with me to design a ring for my wife with 9 birthstones, one for each of our three daughters and 6 more for grand children. It was unique and my wife loved it. It was terrific working with Bernie during the ring design. He is a real pro with an easy manner and a «can do «attitude.

Wonderful jeweler, I completely trust this person to handle my family heirlooms. He has appraised a bunch of items for me, he did some work on my engagement ring and we purchased wedding bands through him — everything was perfect. Seriously not a single complaint, and it’s a great small family business with excellent service and prices.
Also, they do all the work in their office, so the jewelry never gets shipped somewhere to be worked on (which is common with some other jewelers).
Love this place! I live 45 min from there, and still go there — refuse to use another closer jeweler.

The Segaloff’s are truly old school jewelers who know their diamonds and who give excellent recommendations from style to what makes sense from a financial perspective. The Segaloff’s are trustworthy and honest. They do a great job at suggesting appropriate items related to what’s important to you, and do great repairs.

I agree with Hans completely! I work in the same building. We have done work together. I have bought jewelry from them and also done photography for them. The real reason that I am writing this review is because while I know they are fair, honest and hard working, it amazes me that almost everyday I hear someone leaving their store and saying, wow they are great!

I have to say in todays world where everyone is busy and have no time for anything .And then you have Segaloff, a small jewelery store in a commercial building just off Needham Square .I never asked the owner his first name, but I might wrongly assume it’s Segaloff .What makes this owner stand out is, when you walk in you have his complete attention .I have over the years bought a few watches and some bands from him, also we come here to replace a watch battery from time to time .The prices seem fair but the service stands out, he really cares. Today I went in to have my watch band shortened and there he was making absolutely sure that he shortened it just right, and he did .
This place stands out as a nice friendly store where you get the service you need and good advise .I hope Mr Segaloff prospers and while I’m not a big jewelery freak, I will always come here for watches etc.
