Jenson’s is great. They bring the personal touch to their business. It’s a bit pricey but I’ve yet to find a bargain dry cleaner!

I’ve been bringing my dry cleaning to a different cleaner in town but thought I would drop off a very expensive dress to them since I was next door. When I picked it up it looked like an iron mark on it and when I questioned him he had no answer for me. He was almost passive aggressive in the sense that he wouldn’t speak to me about it — just told me he wouldn’t give me my money back. I asked him if he thought I was responsible and he wouldn’t answer me. I will never bring anything to them again!

I’ve been bringing my dry cleaning to Jenson’s for many years (since the ‘90s) and service is always excellent — on time, done right, and with a smile. It’s just what one would want from a local service business — low friction, pleasant transactions, and capable staffers.
Jenson’s Cleaners is located right by the Needham Center commuter rail train stop, so I often drop stuff off on my way to the train, or pick up on my way home.
