I’ve been using the VIP service for over a year and have had to call multiple times because of price discrepancies week to week. One week the price is X and the next week it’s a higher price. As a result, you have to waste your time calling them to have it corrected and half the time it takes them a month for that to happen. They’ve never damaged the shirts I’ve sent, but I recently sent in a coat and not only did they over charge me but they damaged the sleeves. I don’t know what they were trying to do but the sleeves came back pilled. I am done with Anton’s and if you value your time you shouldn’t bother with them.

I use to go here for dry cleaning, but stopped because one of the staff was very rude to me. The service was great and I liked the rewards program where you save money on your next dry cleaning. However I don’t want to go somewhere where I’m not welcome.

You do pay a bit more for Anton’s compared to other competitors around town, but I always felt like it was worth it. This locations turnaround is great, they always did a great job on my stuff and did little things like include the temporary plastic cuff links and plastic top button thingys that help dress shirts keep there shape. With most employees here, not sure if English is their strong suit, but they do provide great customer service and get me in and out very quickly. I won’t be working in the area anymore but would recommend this place — they are a great option and are open late on most weeknights.

The service is fine and they do a good job, I just don’t understand why their prices are $ 1 more per item than the place directly across the street. I understand some people need overnight service… but for regular service, you should at least come close to matching your closest competitor.

Anton’s prices are on the higher side, but a few bonuses of going here are that your dry cleaning is ready the next day for no additional charges and they have a VIP program with 24 hour drop off if you find yourself working late or traveling during the week. I can drop a bag full of clothes off Friday evening on my way back into town or Saturday morning, and if I ask they will have it ready on Sunday.
Preparing for business travel is just a little more convenient. Or if you have last minute plans, a dress you are dying to wear and haven’t made it to the dry cleaner for a while Anton’s saves they day. They have great customer service too. Love this place.
