Big place to eat very family-friendly there is also different kinds of pizza and salad and good deals the only downside is that sometimes the games don’t work and you have to go get someone to help you outage get your coins back or to get tickets. The pizza is good

The logic is missing when it comes to the operations of this establishment. We ordered buffets for the entire family and purchased the max amount of tokens for the games. They even upsold me a calendar and I bought it. When I needed to sign my receipt nobody had a pen… but I digress. We went to get pizza and the workers suggested we wait as they were about to put out all new pizza. So we sat down and waited. Little did we know we were losing precious time. Then we see them take all the pizzas off the buffet and dump them in the trash! When they put new pizzas up, we got a couple slices and sat down to eat. My son wanted to play and wasn’t hungry yet so he ran to play. Within 20 minutes I look up to see them taking the new pizzas and dumping them in the trash too! I thought someone must be OCD about heat-lamped cheese. Then, to my dismay, they take out cleaner and wipe down the buffet, turning off the heat lamps! I question where the pizza is and they explain that the buffet ends at 2. I ask why they’d sold it to us when they knew they were closing and they shrugged and kind of smiled like they get this a lot. So I ask what we do with our tokens if we have to leave and a worker says we don’t have to stop playing we just can’t eat anymore! So all the adults sit hungry, waiting as their kids spend money… but they can’t munch as all the pizzas sit in the trash can. This place couldn’t show greater disregard for the customers who keep their greasy doors open. Appalling!

Just had our 2nd bday party here. Huge success, the host both times were sweet and helpful. The dining room and restrooms clean and inviting. Pizza good and play area clean and organized. Highly recommended. I fed 35 people(even # kids and adults) for $ 240 which included extra tokens. Not so bad I thought

The pizza is ok but the token system will rape your wallet. Do your self a huge favor go to ZDT’s. It’s only $ 20 power person then you can do everything all day.

Just love this restaurant. Whenever our little 5-year old nephew comes to visit, we take him to play all the games here. The manager and staff are so helpful whenever we want to change our order or reserve time for a birthday party. The little man is a very picky eater, but her loves the pizza. He is a big batman fan and there are several batman-themed video game. We adults love playing the foosball, hockey, and my favorite, skeeball.

Oohhhh Peter Sniper how I love thee! Being from El Paso, TX where peter pipers are a dime a dozen, I was extremely happy to have one near me in New Braunfels. I’ve been to this location several times and have not been disappointed so far. The pizza always comes out crispy with the right amount of cheese and tomato sauce. Can’t go wrong with my personal fav, the Chicago classic with a side of ranch! The buffet is ok but I think the quality of pizza is better on non-buffet hours. The staff is always friendly and there are arcades for the kiddos. The best thing about this location? Its always empty! Back in EP, you were lucky to find a PPP that wasn’t jammed packed with a long wait time. My only gripe is that I will soon be moving to Austin/Pflugerville and this is the closest location. Please expand a little north so I don’t have to drive so far for my Chicago classic!

We came here for a friends sons birthday party and was very surprised that this place is actually NOT a buffet. I don’t know if that’s because all the other good pizza places with arcade rooms are buffets or what… The employees were very nice, smiled and were clean. The restaurant itself was also very clean. The pizza though I feel a little so-so about. I love my pizzas extra super duper cheesy with just the right amount of sause and toppings. They perfected that… BUT the pizza did taste like salt. I thought it was just ke but I overheard others their for the party complaining of the same thing. I will definitely have to come back here sometime… I’m hoping the pizza being salty was just an ‘oops’ and isnt a normal thing here because over all the kids and us loved it!

When you go to a franchise like this, you’re not expecting great pizza or a fine dining experience. That being said, the pizza and games are adequate but Peter Piper Pizza needs a salad bar and a buffet like Mr. Gattis. Not as good as Mr. Gattis or Chuck E. Cheese. Another big issue is they do not have gluten-free pizza nor do they have any other food options, besides a lousy salad, for those allergic to wheat. We had to go to Chili’s next door to get food for some of the party.

This PPP looks brand new and not too busy. I have never been to PPP, so I can only compare it to my hometown Chuck E Cheese — which is also fairly new. It’s cafeteria — like dining, plenty of seating in long rows and booths. No stage or general show. Overhead the commons area there were three screens with sports. Not that I enjoy having one responsible parent completely distracted from their kids. Less games and less prize selection. Games are varying prices(unlike CEC), but they are updated games. Pizza was fair. Premade salads — not the salad buffet like CEC. Didn’t like that. Staff was constantly attentive and cleaning. No hand stamping.
