Pizza Hut

Wow! The reviews are true, lol… btw…Yelp, please give the ability to give zero stars or something… if there’s ever a place that has earned that feature it would have to be this sh*thole.
So called and placed a delivery order… it was about 10 til 2000… told me the delivery time was showing 2051, cool, np.
Just now get a call from them…2041…“Hey, this is New Braunfels Pizza Hut…(I’m thinking a directions issue, has happened before with other deliveries, no biggie) yea I was calling to let you know we don’t have the ingredients to make your pizza.”
…Long awkward pause here…
Um…what…uh…(insert wtf meme here)
«We missed the truck today, sorry about that, I’m going to have to cancel your order.»
I’m still kinda in shock, and wasn’t really even sure what to say… other than, I guess I was warned…

Ordered tonight (Wednesday night) at 7:14, 2large pizzas for delivery. Was told would be delivered by 8:15. By 8:30 and no pizzas I call back only to be told I, in fact, wasn’t actually talking to the store but a call center. I was put on hold for 13 mins and then told it was on its way. Our 2 pizzas were delivered at 9:11pm, LUKE WARM! Very upset, nothing but a «sorry ma’am only 2 drivers tonight.» Seriously there is a pizza place around every corner, get your stuff together Pizza Hut! Never again.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had with ANY pizza delivery place! Ordered a pizza at 830pm on Thursday was told it would be an hour for delivery, ok, no big deal I wanted food brought to me & am willing to wait. 9:35 I called to check on it, was put on hold through the call center & eventually told my Pizza was on its way. 10pm I called again to see what was going on, put on hold for 15+ minutes with the call center finally gave up & made spaghettios! 10:30 I called back to the call center & waited 10 minutes on hold to speak with a supervisor. The call center people were very nice but too little too late after 2hrs! Very sad business. Once I finally got to talk with the actual store manager he told me his delivery driver brought my order back & told him it was cancelled. I’m a former pizza Hut employee & must say I would have been fired on the spot if I did this. So here I am sitting over my stove eating spaghettios… still no pizza. A zero would be given if I could

Pizza was prompt. Then it was horrible. I ordered online and gave specific instructions. They couldn’t follow them. The first pizza was a pepperoni lovers with jalapenos on half. They skimp ed on the pepperoni and put jalapenos on the whole thing. So my daughter wouldn’t eat. The second pizza was a cheese lovers with marinara instead of the Alfredo sauce they usually put on it. They failed there too. My son wouldn’t eat it. Spent 45 dollars on what I thought would be a fun and exciting family meal and instead had to make dinner for my kids as I choked down the barely edible garbage they brought me… I really wish Papa Johns delivered to my neighborhood.

No complaints here, but after I ordered and saw the horrible reviews, I got a little worried. But everything was fine. Pizza showed up in 40 minutes. I ordered two and they were done correctly. Salad I ordered was also still cold and crisp. And all of this on a Saturday night no less. So this of course is only Pizza Hut pizza and not your mom and pop type shop so hence only the three stars. However, if all you expect is Pizza Hut, then you got it!

Horrible place. 2 hour wait for a pizza, and the customer service rep was rude. Never going back. Ever.

Horrible place… I love will never go back. Waited 45 minutes for a pizza that was already prepared asked Irma for a manager and she replied with «they are in the back and it’s just a pizza» worst service EVER!!! This Pizza Hut needs a customer service training class. This a zero kind of star restaurant.

I won’t even rate this with a star. Rude service and poor management. We normally choose Pizza Hut when vacationing with the exception of this one in New Braunfels Texas.
They made the wrong pizza for our group. The waiter said he would not fix the correct pizza and proceeded to tell me that he didn’t care if I reported him. It doesn’t surprise me when you drive down 35 and all of the businesses surround Pizza Hut are packed and there might be one car at Pizza Hut.

Horrible dine-​in customer service. The guy making the pizzas was rude and actually tried to discourage for staying. Telling us it takes 40 mins to make a pizza once we ordered. While we waited 3 other groups came in and got the same treatment and left promptly. Guess the owner doesn’t want to make money

My husband and I gave it 3 tries. Who waits 2 hours for a pizza. Every time it came cold. The last try we called and it was like they forgot our order. I do not know who is smoking pot at this place but my god. If the owner only knew the amount of business he is loosing. We order pizza about once a week. We are done and back to Dominos.

Tried to order a pizza with their new genius Call Center. The guy was going to try to deliver the pizza go our old address in Houston. Then we were told our pizza would arrive by 9:49 (30 min wait). At 10:20 we called back and after Being on hold for 5 min we were told to expect our pizza at 11:50pm. That right, 3 HOURS to deliver a Pizza Hut pizza! Never again. They will be out of business by the end of the summer from what I can see. Way to Go Pizza Hut, way to go!

If I could give negative stars I would… Don’t order from here if you’d actually like to get a pizza… They say «55 min wait» but we waited a hour and a half. Worst Pizza Hut on the planet. I will never do any business with this Pizza Hut ever again. The call center you have to call is the worst part. They have no idea what’s going on. Save your time and money. Go to Domino’s Pizza.

Online ordered and after you pay it tells you 1 hr and 30 min. If you can’t make a pizza and deliver it in like 45 min then you should change your business. What a shame and then when you cancel your order they won’t send you a confirmation of cancel just have to take the word of the person on the phone epic fail

Every time I have ordered from this location, there has been at least an hour wait time. My roommate ordered, and they took an hour and a half to deliver, and when it got there it was cold. I decided to try one last time to order, but after putting in the order (because it doesn’t tell you the wait time before you pay), it gave me a 2 hr and 5 min wait time. Officially done with ordering from this place.

If i could give zero stars I would.
We ordered pizza at 7:52. It is now 9:47pm and we are without pizza!
This is the second time this has happened, and management hasn’t done anything about it
We will NEVER order from here again.
Save your time and hunger… Order from Dominos or something. They’ve never messed up an order, are faster, and their food has become excellent in the passed couple years.

Pizza was 30min late I was staying at hotel .6 miles away. It was not warm when I got it. Didn’t send salad dressing with salad. Horrible customer service

DO NOT GET PIZZA FROM HERE. When you call you get a «call center». Who knows where they’re at. They didn’t know how to SPELL New Braunfels or COMMON. It was going to take a hour to deliver so we called back seconds later and THEY COULDN’T FIND THE ORDER but said for sure it was canceled. A hour later the pizza showed up. We like Pizza Hut but not this one.

Can Corporate get this place in check? I live behind them and they can’t figure it out. Service is poor and is way beyond the correct delivery time! This is the last straw, done!

After waiting over an hour for the pizza it arrived cold. By accident when ordering on line I included green peppers… they were so overwhelming the other items on the pizza were lost. This was the most horrible pizza I have had in awhile. I usually do not use Pizza Hut but I thought to try it. Now I know why I do not order from Pizza Hut. The wings were not that good either.

Where is zero stars? Ticket #158 on 07÷10÷14 I was served old dough! How do I know this you ask? After high school I work for Pizza Hut for 5 years and my brother still is a manager im California. When I showed him the photo he told me «oh yeah it’s expired». When I showed the the pizza to the manager I did not even get an apology from her! they cooked a new pizza for me which they didn’t even offer to deliver and to put a cherry on top when I got home they didn’t give me marinara sauce for the cheesy bites so sad!
